Brand new contemporary kitchen all new stainless steel appliances. Screened in porch with beautiful lake view and flat screen TV is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and relax the end of the day. Enjoy grilling on the deck with a gas grill. Don't miss the fun of our private enclosed outdoor shower, it is the perfect way to freshen up after a long day on the lake or after a morning workout before heading out on the boat. Bedroom 1 - queen bed; bedroom 2- queen bed; bedroom 3- one bunk bed twin over twin and one bunk bed twin over full. Two story family room with fireplace all new furniture and 60" flatscreen smart TV. Outdoor deck with glass railing for unobstructed lake views on a large lot in a quiet cove in Deerfield Resort. Private single slip covered dock with composite decking and new in 2019 concrete steps to the water's edge. Plenty of space to park your boat trailer on driveway. Enjoy all the amenities of Deerfield Resort including golf course, community pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball, playground even a private airstrip.
