Lovely stay in Nijar area

Great 4 night stay at Mamen's place, great property with everything you would need. Great to have space for our dog and close to many nice beaches and towns. Lovely little tapas bar in the village, sadly this only opens from Thursday - Sunday. Great communication and information on the area from the host. Can highly recommend for a few days tranquility

Ha sido una experiencia buenísima, la casa tiene todo lo necesario, te sientes como en casa, una zona muy tranquila para desconectar y cercano a todas las playas del cabo de gata. Ideal para vacaciones en familia y con mascotas. Mamen una persona muy cercana y con todos los detalles, una anfitriona de lujo, super atenta y muy buena comunicación. La casa super limpia. La zona exterior muy bonita para estar al aire libre.

Creo que tanto la casa como la zona reunen las condiciones idoneas para hacer de la estancia una experiencia de 10. Pueblo muy tranquilo, pero con un bar de tapas de 10, amabilidad y buen sevicio. Muy buen sitio para escapada a cabo de gata

La casa está muy bonita, limpia y bien equipada. El patio es grande y soleado, con vistas a las montañas. El único pero es que la cobertura y el wifi son bastante débiles (no es culpa de la casa, pero si alguien quiere teletrabajar desde allí, puede ser un problema, por eso lo comento).

Es war Alles da was wir brauchten und nach vorgängiger Nachfrage nach einer Küchenwage und einem Wasserkocher wurden diese vor unserer Anreise besorgt/gekauft und in die Küche gestellt. Der grosse Aussenbereich ist vollständig hundegerecht eingezäunt mit Terrasse (Sonnenliege, Sonnenschirm, Tisch mit 8 Stühlen, Aussendusche und Aussengrill). Abschliessbares Schiebetor und Platz für mehrere Autos/Töffs im Aussenbereich. Uns hat es super gefallen und die sympathische Vermieterin war falls nötig immer erreichbar. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Karin und Erich mit der Borderfamily

Rustig gehuchtje, vriendelijke mensen, wifi werkte niet, verder alles in orde.... niemand gezien om een beetje uitleg te geven, enkel gecommuniseerd via WhatsApp, nogal vreemd, ook om aan de sleutel te geraken een gedoe, was beter geweest dat er ons iemand opwachte......

Perfektes Feriendomizil mit Hunden

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen in der nahegelegenen Bar. Wo wir später auch zum leckeren Tapasessen verweilten. Für die Hunde gab es ein gut eingezäuntes Gelände, wo sie sich frei bewegen konnten. Alles erforderliche war vorhanden und bei Fragen stand die freundliche Dame der Tapasbar jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Umgebung ein Traum, wir konnten uns total gut erholen.

Ideal para desconectar!

La casa está genial, ideal para cuatro personas, espaciosa, dos baños que te dan cierta intimidad y comodidad.Cocina muy completa, menaje abundante, toallas, ropa de cama, no falta absolutamente de nada.Y luego que decir del espacio exterior, una terraza muy agradable donde desayunar y un patio amplísimo con barbacoa, e incluso un par de mangueras con las cuales darle un repaso a los coches, entran dos vehículos a la perfección.En el caso de ir con perro, será un paraíso para ellos y a la vez muy funcional.A apenas cinco minutos de las Negras y con una buena ubicación para moverte por todo el Cabo de Gata.Hemos estado muy agusto y la comunicación con Mamen ha sido en todo momento muy fluida y agradable.Una pena no haber disfrutado del bar de enfrente al estar cerrado por vacaciones , pero hay muy buenas opciones cerquita, por ejemplo en Rodalquilar.Un remanso de paz cerquita de todo

Buena ubicación y bien acondicionada

Está muy bien acondicionada, tiene de todo lo que necesitas, bien situada porque a pocos minutos de playas y pueblecitos de toda la zona de Cabo de Gata, muy amable la propietaria y genial el bar que hay al lado, buenisimas sus tapas.

Alojamiento fantástico

Mamen ha estado todo el tiempo dispuesta a ayudar, muy comunicativa. La casa está genial, para ir con perros es ideal, ya que tienen un buen patio para correr y jugar. El bar de al lado de la casa pone unos desayunos y unas tapas muy ricas a buen precio. Merece la pena, pensamos volver.
