Excellent experience, magnificent house and host. It is such as the pictures show and has it all for relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Services work very well, inside the house the air conditioning keeps it always nice and the best is outside with a great pool. Car park spot reserved and under a shadow. Super séjour dans ce secteur sauvegarde la frénésie immobilière espagnole. La maison est située dans une copropriété fermée à proximité de la plage La copropriété est calme et très propre. La proximité des voisins ne nous a pas gêné. Un séjour reposant

Nous avons passé entre amis un agréable séjour chez Ghislaine. La maison est de haut standing et très propre. Toutes les pièces de la maison sont climatisées notamment les chambres. Petit bémol par rapport à la communication avec l’agence immobilière qui gère la location : notre contact ne parlait ni français ni anglais, les mails étaient traduits en anglais via un traducteur en ligne ce qui compliquait la compréhension. Bien évidement cette disconvenance était indépendant de la propriétaire. Je recommande fortement pour des vacances calmes en famille ou entre amis.

Perfect holiday home

Ghislaine’s house is so lovely - I wish I owned it! The creative interior design is a delight to behold. The house is spacious, spotlessly clean and bright. The pool area is also lovely. Las Negras is a charming little seaside resort with plenty of character. It has great beaches and a good choice of restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Very nice property!

An ideal place for a quiet holiday with the family. With the pool in the garden you have everything you need, when you are tired of the beatuiful beaches nearby (if that is possible). We are very happy with the property, communication with the owner Ghislane, as well as with El Playazo. Las Negras is a very charming little village, and I would recommend this property to anyone.

Maison bien agencee et joliment décorée . piscine agréable qui est l'atout de cette location .notre séjour à été satisfaisant car les 2 habitations mitoyennes étaient vides d'occupants . Je pense que l'annonce de location devrait mentionner cette promiscuité qui aurait pu s'avérer regrettable. Village très sympathique et environnement superbe. Donc de bonnes vacances.la copropriété est très propre et très bien située.

Very clean and well equipped. A very comfortable house in a gated community with private parking. Easy access to local beaches and a matter of metres to the town centre, which is great fun and packed with bars and restaurants. Excellent location in which to tour Cabo de Gata

I wish I owned this villa

This is a superbly-located, spacious, modern house with a beautiful private pool, three or four minutes walk from all amenities and a short driving distance from amazing beaches and sights - a rare gem. We particularly loved the peaceful and stylish pool area where we could choose sun or shade, the essential air-conditioning and the proximity to shops, bars and restaurants in such a chilled low-key village. The house is exactly as it appears on the photos and Ghislaine and her husband have provided everything you could need for a great holiday. A real home from home, only better! I must also mention how lovely Ghislaine was right from my first enquiry, her communication was fantastic and she could not have been more helpful. Thank you and sorry I was unable to post this review earlier.

CASA DE LUJO !!!!!

La casa es tal cual como se ve en las fotos, es una casa muy agradable ,acogedora, limpia, muy bien equipada y nueva. La zone de la piscina esta muy bien, fue la que mas disfrutamos. La casa esta muy bien ubicada, porque estas a 5 minutos andando de restaurantes, bares y demas. Ghislaine Es una persona encantadora, y esta disponible para lo que quieras y si tienes dudas, responde muy Rapido a tus inquietudes. Recomendaria esta casa al 100% , es excelente. En las negras recommends Los siguientes restaurantes, para desayunar el Toresano, Para comer o cenar, restaurante La Sal a pie de playa, si quieren pasta La Buganvilla o Il Capriccio estan bien.
