Located in a region known for its beauty, the cottage is biking distance to the Wooden Boat school, an hour from Acadia Nat'l Park, and close to other family-friendly activities. Historic Blue Hill where you can pick-up groceries or a piece of art, is a scenic 20-minute drive. Watch for loons and eagles on Herrick Bay just steps from the cottage. The Bivalve is perfect for couples, small families, or solo adventurers. New additions include an outdoor shower, RO water filter, rebuilt front porch, new clothes washer/dryer, new refrigerator, and a remodeled bedroom including a cedar-lined closet.
