Limonaia Masseria and Spa

The Masseria is an iconic of Mediterranean Style villa, an ancient manor house, located in Fasano, Savalletri, surroundend by a beautiful lemon garden with centuries old trees and provided with an infinity pool, a covered patio with sun beds , relax area, large table for outdoor dining with the barbeque. Totally refurbished at the end of 2019, the property has 5 deluxe rooms, 1 living room, a fully equipped kitchen, but the best highlight is the SPA, a with pool, steam bath, finnish sauna.
Ground floor:
Entrance hall with guest bathroom, large living room with fireplace, 2 double bedrooms each with en suite-bathroom with shower- facing the pool - ; 1 double with french bed with en suite- bathroom with shower; 2 double bedrooms each with en suite-bathroom with shower- facing the garden. All the rooms have air conditioninig, private safe, screen flat tv, wi-fi
The kitchen is fully equipped - There are the major appliances as -washing machine, dish washer and small appliances as coffee maker Nespresso and Moka, juicer and more.
Garden: infinity pool of 80 sm , sunbeds, umbrellas and deckchairs, plus a big patio with a very large table, living area and barbecue.

Spa with heated pool, relax area, stem bath, finnish sauna and bathroom.

The breakfast is always included in high season from june To October.
In low season, from November to may the breakfast is an extra.

In high season (from june to sept) there are cleanings everyday and more housekeeper in the afternoon includes in the rates. The change of the towels and bedlinen are two times a week. Swimming pool and Spa towels will be change everyday. During low season (from oct to may) are included in the rate: daily cleaning of the villa, pool towels, changing of bed lines and bath towels every 7 days.
Regarding the cleaning Masseria Limonaia keeps every measure to keep the guests safe.
In high season (from June- Sept) the heathing of the swimming pool (until 30 Centigrade degree) are always included in the rates. During the low season (from Oct to may) the heating it is NOT included and the cost is 120€ a day for minimum 7 days, the service has to be request at least one week before the check in.
We ask the deposit (10%) at the check in in cash at the check in, we will give back at the check out in the case there are no damages.
More the guests have to pay the city taxes to Comune di Fasano, generally the cost is (just for adult) 2€ per person per day, the city taxis have to be paid in cash at the check in.
