Villa Elena is situated few metres from the Zingaro Nature Reserve and is surrounded by a luxuriant nature. This nice villa with garden overlooks the sea and is a quiet and elegant place, offering privacy to its guests and a total relax for those who come here with their families or friends.
Our apartments “Vito” and “Alessandro” are totally independent and are part of Villa Elena. They both have their own entrance and private parking and have a master bedroom sleeps 4 plus 2 single beds (one located above the mezzanine floor and one below it). We can add an extra bed so that every apartment sleeps 5. Beds feature top quality Eminflex orthopaedic nets and mattresses. Every apartment features a built-in fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom with walk-in shower, as well as a wide covered veranda of 40 sq m that offers a relaxing panorama of the Scopello beaches and the garden of 8000 sq m.
Villa Elena is situated in a wide green area only 2 km away from the Zingaro Nature Reserve, where you can enjoy some daytrips or discover the uncontaminated beaches and scuba diving in the crystal clear water of the Zingaro Nature Reserve creeks. The location is simply perfect for sea lovers looking for privacy and relax. The geographical location is ideal to visit the western part of the island. If you just want to chill, Villa Elena is the best choice you can make.

Es war sehr schön im Apartment Alex. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt! Um den Aufenthalt noch perfekter zu machen, hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass auf der Toilette Seife und in der Küche Spülmittel sowie ein Schwamm bereitgestellt werden. Auch etwas Duschgel und Shampoo für die ersten Tage wären praktisch gewesen.Da der Müll getrennt werden soll, wären außerdem verschiedene Müllbeutel hilfreich.

Kleine Wohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist nicht besonders groß, verfügt jedoch über ein sehr großes Grundstück und eine herrliche Aussicht. Es herrscht absolute Ruhe, ideal zum Entspannen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Außendusche – ein echtes Highlight. Die Matratzen sind von sehr guter Qualität, was für erholsamen Schlaf sorgt. Allerdings sollte man stets bereit sein, Mückenschutzmittel zu verwenden. Die Küche ist eher klein und nicht optimal, um für eine große Familie zu kochen. Allerdings gibt es draußen einen sehr geräumigen Essbereich, wo wir unser Abendessen mit atemberaubendem Blick auf das Meer und die Berge genießen konnten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, um den Westen Siziliens zu erkunden. Die Strände sind zu Fuß erreichbar (ab ca. 2 km Entfernung). Es gibt mehrere Strände, einige kostenpflichtig, andere frei zugänglich. Besonders schön sind die Strände im Naturschutzgebiet Riserva Naturale Orientata dello Zingaro, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind, allerdings eine gute Fitness voraussetzen und kostenpflichtig sind. Das kleine Dorf Scopello liegt nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt, ist jedoch eher teuer. Wer auf der Suche nach günstigerer Pizza ist, sollte nach Castellammare del Golfo fahren. Ähnlich verhält es sich mit dem Einkaufen: Einige kleine Lebensmittelläden sind zu Fuß erreichbar, doch die größeren Supermärkte findet man erst in Castellammare del Golfo. Fazit Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung mit einem hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Tolle Ferien auf Sizilien

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Elena. Obwohl wir sehr verspätet ankamen hat uns Vincenzo um 1 Uhr Nachts getroffen und den Check In gemacht. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Ein wenig Spülmittel und ein Geschirrhandtuch wären noch toll gewesen. Aber sonst alles perfetto. Tolle Umgebung mit einigen Stränden und auch ein paar Wanderrouten. Sehr für Kinder geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Casa stupenda, molto attrezzata e pulita! Posizione bellissima per chi ama il silenzioso e la tranquillità e venticello sotto il pirtico A piedi puo' raggiungere in pochi minuti il borgo di scopello e trovare localini di ogni tipo!

Posto stupendo, come descritto nell'annuncio la casa si trova in posizione strategica vicino a delle calette con acqua limpida e trasparente, molto pulite. La casa, pulita e ben arredata gode di un panorama bellissimo, vicino al centro di Scopello ma in posizione tranquilla e ventilata. I siciliani sono un popolo molto accogliente, compreso il signor Vincenzo che con le prelibatezze del suo forno in pochi giorni mi ha fatto prendere dei chili di troppo, questo è l'unico lato negativo della mia vacanza che sicuramente ripeterò il prossimo anno.

Accoglienza a cinque stelle del proprietario VIncenzo, ottima posizione per visitare la Sicilia occidentale, panorama mozzafiato, stupenda veranda per pranzare cenare in completa libertà e tranquillità, letti comodissimi (ottima la soluzione del soppalco ..per i due bimbi ), interno piccolo ma molto funzionale.... tutti ingredienti che ci hanno fatto trascorrere 15 giorni indimenticabili.... Una settimana stupenda,posto incantevole

Ciao a tutti. Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato durante la nostra prima settimana da sposati. La casa è davvero carina e il panorama attorno è qualcosa di spettacolare, montagna dietro e mare davanti con i faraglioni di Scopello.Vincenzo è una magnifica persona, simpaticissimo e molto ospitale! Vacanza assolutamente positiva
