Nicely updated and clean 1BR 1BA condo right on the lake! Queen bed in bedroom as well as large sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with grill on large covered deck. The condo features cable TV, Blueray player, WIFI, all the comforts from home right next to the water. Indoor swimming pool open year round, outdoor swimming pool on the point and swim area in the lake (seasonal). There are also onsite tennis courts as well as playground. Why they chose this property

This property was originally a weekend get away that turned into full time living before purchasing a more suitable full time place for a family. We loved the amenities southwood shores offers, its central location to lake activities, and friendly atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

It's one of the few condos in the area with an indoor pool that is open year round. This makes winter getaway's even more enticing or a fun place to hang out on a rainy day.
