GREAT OFF SEASON RATES! 2 BEDROOMS LAKEVIEW AND CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!

Small complex with one owner and all units & outside patios are now Marijuana Smoke Free! (Cigarette smoking still allowed). This amazing 2 Bedroom/1 bath newly remodeled condo is just off Bagnell Dam. This small quiet complex has a great view overlooking the marina. (Private Marina, no overnight boat rental slips). Exceptionally clean and spacious! Just a block off of Bagnell Dam Strip so it's a short drive (or walk) to many restaurants, bar & grills, and shopping.. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and utensils. All linens and towels, hair dryer, shampoo, soaps are provided. Just need to bring personal belongings and beach towels. Condo is part of a 4 unit on a private 5 acre estate right in town. Sit on the front patio and watch the wildlife or sit on the back lakeside deck and watch the activity on the lake.
