The house was conceived as a country house in the middle of the trees but is made with a touch of modern / minimal and with care on the details of the ancient. It offers complete relaxation with an infinity pool on the olive and carob trees with a wonderful view of the Ionian Sea and the Mediterranean sea. It offers an apartment with 2 double bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and a sofa with the possibility of hosting a child, 2 verandas overlooking the pool, 1 bathroom with shower. It offers the use of the pool and the space attached to the ground about 4000 meters with centuries-old olive trees and carob trees. 5 km from the center of Marzamemi which can also be reached by bicycle, 6 km from the Vendicari reserve, 18 km from Noto.

Pure relaxation

The apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped. The views to the pool and sea are stunning and we will miss waking up to the beautiful garden and relaxing environment. We used the pool most days It has sunbeds and umberellas and an outdoor shower. Our hosts were amazing, friendly and very helpful with advise as to where to visit. The beach is just 5 mins drive away and Noto is a beautiful town to visit in the evening with lots going on. Restaurant espira steak house was well worth a visit in Noto as is Agua beach San Lorenzo We would love to revisit

Tutto Perfetto

Questo è il paradiso! La villa è stupenda ed è ancora più bella di come appare nelle foto e nei siti web pubblicizzati con un giardino lussureggiante e una piscina che è un oasi di relax. La piscina è stata il punto forte della nostra vacanza e approfittando di giorni di sole abbiamo provato a rilassarci per un bagno primaverile mai fatto fino ad ora e se anche con acqua non molto calda ma di un relax unico . La villa è dotata di tutte le comodità necessarie , compreso un barbecue in mezzo agli alberi che ti da la sensazione di vivere la natura in maniera reale . L'appartamento era davvero pulito e in ottime condizioni. La cucina aveva tutto il necessario. Stoviglia, forno, frigo grande, piatti, piatti, pentole, ecc... c'era anche una piccola macchina per il caffè. I letti erano nuovi e in ottime condizioni. Era molto tranquillo perché era un po' fuori mano e abbiamo potuto dormire davvero bene. La zona è un sogno. Marzamemi e le spiagge di San Lorenzo e Vendicari si raggiungono in pochi minuti. Per il resto la villa è super comoda e la zona è ottima per le escursioni verso Noto, Siracusa , Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, anche a Catania non è lontano. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Indimenticabile

Abbiamo soggiornato , anche se per pochi giorni , in questa magica location, molto curata, con un bellissimo giardino ed una splendida piscina, situata in una posizione privilegiata per visitare il territorio di Noto , Marzamemi , Vendicari e Siracusa . La villetta è molto pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort, non manca nulla! Ciò che la rende unica, è la piscina con acqua salata che sfiora su un canale e con vista sugli ulivi secolari che rendono la vista del mare di Marzamemi ancora più suggestiva. La parte in affitto è la parte superiore con un appartamento completamente indipendente con ingresso indipendente. L'appartamento è molto pulito, carino, un bagno fantastico, 2 camere da letto, una cucina aperta sul soggiorno e 2 grandi terrazze. I proprietari che vivono nella parte inferiore della villa sono molto discreti e ci hanno aiutato su consigli sui posti da visitare e ristoranti da poter gustare in zona . Eravamo preoccupati della presenza dei due cani, che si sono rivelati adorabili, obbedienti ed educati. Nel complesso la nostra esperienza è stata eccezionale, ricca di emozioni, non vediamo l’ora di ritornare e lo faremo nel mese di Settembre con i bambini . Consiglio al 100% questa struttura: pulizia al 100%, comfort al 100%, cordialità dei padroni di casa al 100%.
