Livia was excellent to communicate with. We had a couple of minor hiccups and they were dealt with promptly with no delays. I would definitely consider staying here again if we vacationed in Noto.

Lovely time in Noto

We felt right at home in this spacious, well-equipped space. The views were lovely and we enjoyed getting our exercise walking up and down the roads of this stunning village! Thank you as well for the restaurant suggestions and for your availability.

I wanted to give every section in the survey 5 stars, but my phone screen was too small. Loved the place! It was an authentic Italian apartment, which was exactly what I wanted for this vacation. We were even able to wash our laundry and hang it on the balcony just like my grandparents did growing up in Sicily! Lidia was an excellent host. Location was beyond convenient, and we had a great stay. I will say that if you want American hotel luxury, this is NOT the place for you. It is a typical Italian home, colorful, comfortable, relaxed, romantic master bedroom, spectacular view, and you can hear the sweet sound of opera every time the little train goes by - it’s electric so no chugging sounds…just Pavarotti singing Ave Maria…can’t wait to go back!!!

Spacious, clean, no frills property, a few blocks from the pedestrian area. Host was easy to communicate with in advance of the trip - we booked both sides. While the apartment does have AC, please note that it is only in the bedrooms - the kitchens/living areas remain very warm. Amazing view from the apartment - and possible to find street parking nearby. We lost water for 12 hours - which was unfortunate.

Cute 1 Bedroom Apartment in Excellent Location

We really enjoy our Noto visit and and felt that this apartment was perfect for a couple. It was nice to have a living area separate from the bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. And the location was excellent. Noto was charming. Be aware that there are two flights of steps to reach the apartment.

Ci torneremo volentieri.

Ideal solution for two couples

Customer service is great. Light touch management with a warm welcome from Livia and her husband. Sunday arrival and departure not a problem. Restaurants are open Sunday evening, as are the shops. Communication prompt and accurate. Property description accurate. Light, airy, clean and two streets above the centre of Noto. For two couples travelling together this is the ideal solution. Livia has two adjacent apartments which have a communal entry. We rented both concurrently for a week. Everything you need for self catering is to hand. Everything works. We would happily return for more and will recommend to friends.

Lovely holiday

We had a very nice stay in the flat in Noto. The flat was centrally located, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It was easy to park in the streets nearby and Noto is well located for trips to Syracuse, Ragusa, Catania etc. Thank you, Livia.

"The house is very big and confortable, with everything you need to cook and clean. We never had problems with parking the car nearby, and Noto has the best cafe' in the area (5 min. walking from the house)! It was very silent during the night, as it is located in the upper town, and quite fresh despite the very hot summer. The owner is very nice and friendly."
