The unit is located on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs, a living room with a TV and a sofa bed, and independent heating. Guests can enjoy a spacious terrace surrounded by roses, where they can have breakfast and meals. Smoking is permitted on the terrace. Guests have access to private parking, allowing them to drive directly to the town’s historic centre. The accommodation consists of a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a large living room with a TV (the sofa can be converted into a bed). The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, cookware, and everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. Guests have exclusive use of the entire property. Conveniently located for exploring the Langhe and Roero regions thanks to its strategic location. The historic centre of La Morra is just a few metres from Piazza del Belvedere, from which you can admire one of the most breathtaking panoramas of the UNESCO-designated region. Guests can use private parking, which allows access to the historic centre by car. An ideal area to visit by car, motorcycle, e-bike, or bicycle.
