The property was very well equipped, clean And spacious. Ideally locate to visit both Harris & Lewis. Ann, the host, was very friendly and helpful. Should we return to the islands it would be on our list of possible locations.

Lovely cottage, very cozy and the best equipped holiday home I ever came across. Great communication, smooth check in and out. Location is great too, close to Carloway community shop (well stocked), the alpacas and cafe and the standing stones. Stornoway is only a 30 min drive. Can highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic cottage

Amazing wee cottage, spotless and very comfortable, has everything you could need. Lovely garden to sit in , if weather permits. Great spot, nice views, close to historical sites and a few lovely beaches. Will definitely return at some point in future, superb !

Terrific stay

We have enjoyed just over a week’s stay in this cottage and it is perfect in every way. Spotless, comfortable, fabulous views, superb shower and great kitchen. Ideally located for sight-seeing and we were lucky enough to enjoy decent weather. Ann is friendly and accommodating and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Perfect Retreat

The property was immacuatly clean and welcoming. The property was also very well equipped and we had everything we needed and more. It was in a very good location for discovering the island from the north down to the southern end and it was all stunning with lovely beaches and wild places to discover.

Very charming, cozy, spacious cottage with new kitchen and bathroom. Fantastic shower. The beds had electric warmers to preheat them before bedtime. The location is perfect for quickly accessing all the historic sites.

Cottage review

This cottage is centrally located to visit Lewis. The host was available at all times and there was an informative book at the property. It is fully stocked and has all the amenities you could want. We stayed a week and ate most meals there. If I was to return I would stay there again.
