Great Location

Both the house and the outdoor facilities are in top condition. The owner was very concerned about a pleasant stay and always available for us. The property is huge, offers a great panorama and lots of privacy. Three of the four bedrooms are on the lower level, each with a state-of-the-art bathroom. Access is only from the outside - you can only get to the kitchen/dining area via an outside staircase. A small grocery shop and a bakery/butcher are within walking distance. There you get everything you need and are served very friendly. The shopping centre "Fano Center" can be reached quickly and easily by car.

Sehr schönes Haus auf einer Anhöhe, in einem kleinen Italienischen Dorf mit 1 Bar, 1 Bäckerei und 1 Tante-Emma Laden. Die Fläche der Umgebung des Hauses ist riesig, jedoch kann/wird nur ein Teil davon genutzt. Die Zimmer sind schön, jedoch gibt es in einem der unteren Zimmer Probleme mit der Feuchtigkeit. So dass ein Fenster immer geöffnet bleiben soll und der Geruch im Zimmer von uns mit Raumspray versucht wurde zu überdecken. Die Türen zu den Schlafzimmern haben keine Fliegengitter, sodass richtiges Lüften abends nicht möglich ist. Die Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern haben sehr gut funktioniert. Die Duschköpfe in allen Duschen sollten dringend entkalkt oder ersetzt werden. Die Küche hat 2 Kühlschränke mit Gefrierfach, das ist sehr wertvoll. Es gibt auch einen Weinkühler und eine Mikrowelle. Wasser kann man durch eine Filtermaschine beziehen, kalt oder mit Sprudel. Das ist super und erspart das Wasserschleppen. Beim Grill ist Kohle zu verwenden, leider war der Grillrost nicht passend, sodass wir eine Konstruktion basteln mussten. Gemäss Vermieter findet er keinen passenden… Leider war die Poolabdeckung defekt, sodass wir jeden Tag den Pool mit einem Fäumer reinigen mussten. Auf Wunsch kommt Paolo der Vermieter vorbei und lässt den Pool-Roboter über Nacht laufen. Paolo ist sehr aufmerksam und war immer sofort zur Stelle wenn etwas war, die Antworten kamen umgehend per Whatsapp. Der nächste etwas grössere Laden befindet sich in Fossombrone (10 Fahrminuten). In Fano (20 Min) gibt es ein grosses Einkaufszentrum mit einem Conad Spazio, bei dem man wirklich alles bekommt was man braucht. Alles in allem ein schönes Haus, smit schöner Umgebung in einem kleinen etwas abgelegenen Örtchen.

Wunderschöne Villa in toller Lage Wir haben die Woche in der Villa Anna sehr genossen. Das Objekt ist sehr schön, gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet. Der Garten ist für ein Ferienhaus wirklich einzigartig und besonders wenn man mit Hund einen Traum reist. Die Gastgeber Paolo und seine Gattin sind sehr nett und bemüht. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung bei An- und Abreise. Erwähnenswert ist auch noch, dass es ein All-Inklusiv-Paket ist, das wir bisher noch nie hatten!

Wir haben die Woche in der Villa Anna sehr genossen. Das Objekt ist sehr schön, gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet. Der Garten ist für ein Ferienhaus wirklich einzigartig und besonders wenn man mit Hund reist ein Traum. Die Gastgeber Paolo und seine Gattin sind sehr nett und bemüht. Unkompliziere Abwicklung bei An- und Abreise. Erwähnenswert ist auch noch, dass es ein All-Inklusiv-Paket ist, das hatten wir bisher noch nie!

Villa Anna really has 2 jacuzzis!

Everything was perfect for our group of 6. Lovely pool, plenty of shady trees and reclining sunbeds. A warm jacuzzi and a cool one. An olive orchard with interesting wildlife - deer, butterflies, birds, lizards. Wonderful views from the garden. Close enough to walk to the bar and shop in Sant 'Ippolito in a few minutes.

Bij de ontvangst is ons duidelijk uitgelegd hoe e.e.a. werkt. Maar vooral de extra aandacht die er was na onze persoonlijke brief was zeer goed. Er is rekening gehouden met het feit dat er kleine kinderen bij waren, daarvoor was de gekoppelde kamer ingericht en de kast geplaatst voor de deur naar buiten zodat de (klein) kinderen alleen via de slaapkamer van hun ouders naar buiten konden. Mijn vrouw had aangegeven dat wij daar waren i.v.m. ons 35 jarig huwelijk en speciaal daarvoor stond er een fles champagne klaar. Super attent !! Verder was er de dag voor onze aankomst een jacuzzi geplaatst . Als verrassing voor onze trouwdag, geintje, maar wel iets extra's wat deze locatie heeft te bieden. Wij kijken er enorm positief op terug, alles is perfect geregeld en in ultieme conditie.

Bij aankomst zijn we heel vriendelijk opgevangen door Paolo, hij heeft ons alle ins en outs verteld van de vakantiewoning en bijbehorende zwembad. Accommodatie was van alle gemakken voorzien en de omgeving is prachtig. Paolo stond ten alle tijde ter beschikking mochten er vragen of problemen zijn. We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad!
