This beautiful farmhouse has been restored to very high standards. It is located 1 km away from the very picturesque village of San Costanzo and just 5/10 mins away from a number of charming beaches. It is also very well situated to visit all the famous medieval towns like Urbino, Jesi, St. Leo. There are a number of internationally recognised art and music festivals in nearby towns amongst which the famous Rossini Opera Festival. The house has sweeping views across the valley and the surrounding rolling hills. The luxurious house benefits from a nice swimming pool, a beautiful Portico terrace and from a pizza oven and barbecue. The beautiful country style kitchen with a self standing cooker invites you to cook and enjoy all the good and fresh italian delicacies.
Furthermore there are two charming sitting rooms one of which has a fireplace. An antique pool table and a footie table are also available for the guests.
The house is large and spacious and it is rented to one group at the time. There will be no sharing with other guests: the Villa is for your sole use.

Loved it.

We loved this Villa. Very spacious for 6 adults and 3 children, great pool, everything we needed. SAN Costanzo within walking distance, if you’re fit. Jenny was very helpful and responded right away to any requests. Would absolutely recommend this property.

The house was beautiful with stunning views, with a great pool that the children loved, they also spent hours playing table football. All of the rooms were immaculate, in fact the whole house was very clean. There was a pizza oven too, which was fantastic to have as the kids loved making there own pizzas. The caretakers were great at answering messages if we had any queries. Hopefully we will be back

Relaxing, beautiful and interesting part of Italy

We had a lovely holiday. The weather was great . The house , overlooking wonderful rolling hills was all we could imagine. It had everything we needed including a pizza oven - totally an added bonus. The pool was lovely.The lay out of bedrooms and bathrooms ensured we all had some privacy. We paid a trip into San Costanzo information centre and found out what to do in the area. Our trips out were about an hour away through wonderful locations to equally wonderful destinations - San Marino , Frasassi caves and the wonderful town of Fossombrone to name but a few.

Fantastic House with great view

Very large and comfortable house - historic style but everything modern and in good condition. Lots of games for the Kids. The view from the living area over the hills is fantastic. We really enjoyed staying there. We will come back.

Toller Urlaub !!!

Wir waren im Juni mit 12 Personen dort.6 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder. Das Haus bietet jede Menge Platz und somit perfekt für eine größere Gruppe . Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und ein fantastischer Ofen ( perfekt für Barbecue -Liebhaber). Die Zimmer sind auch gut ausgestattet. Nur die Pool-Handtücher haben uns gefehlt. Der Pool selbst ist sehr schön. Das Außengelände ist auch sehr gepflegt. Tolle Obstbäume an denen man sich bedienen kann. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen , perfekt für Menschen die Erholung suchen. Der nächste Strand ist nicht weit entfernt und mit dem Auto in ca 10-15 min zu erreichen. Im Ort selbst gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt der tolles Fleisch hat und frisches Obst und Gemüse. Ein gr Lidl befindet sich auch ca 15-20 min entfernt im Ort Mondolfo , dort kann man sich die Frühstücksbrötchen kaufen. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett. Die Housekeeperin Giuliana ebenfalls .Sie waren immer sehr hilfreich und man konnte sie immer erreichen wenn es Fragen gab. Die Vermietrin hat sogar das Reservieren im Lokal für uns übernommen.Es ist nicht sehr touristisch und es wird fast kein Englisch oder Deutsch gesprochen. Ich kann dieses Haus wirklich weiterempfehlen. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort!

Lovely villa in rural location

A great place to chill out with a view so good that you hardly need to leave! Very near to beaches and within easy reach of San Marino and some dramatic scenery if you need to see more of the area. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need, even a pizza oven.

Why they chose this property

The house is close to my husband's home town.
The Marche is one of the most beautiful Italian regions: on a par with Tuscany but much less known.
The food and the surroundings make the house an ideal holiday destination.
We saw the house on a grey and cold November afternoon and we fell in love with it at first sight!
It took us over a year to refurbish it: when we saw the house the ground floor was a stable and nobody had lived in the house for years...
We refurbished it while keeping most of the original features: the result is a beautiful countryside retreat that maintains it's original charm and enjoying all the possible comforts.

What makes this property unique

The house is spacious and isolated while being very close to a little village. It is quiet and perfectly located for a sea holiday or as a base for a cultural tour around the surrounding. Even though, must admit, once you are there it is so pleasant that you have to force yourself to leave the house: the pool and the terrace are so welcoming that is difficult to find better places to enjoy the Italian countryside.
