This unit, #411B, a deluxe unit, giving you gulf views from the MASTER BEDROOM, EXTENDED BALCONY, and living room and is located on the 4th floor of the Majestic Sun. This unit features a king in the master, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room!

All units at Majestic Sun will have amazing unobstructed gulf views!

Beautifully appointed interiors throughout this condo put you in total relaxation.

Enjoy your gorgeous unobstructed gulf view from your private balcony, living room, or dining area!

This unit has a new sofa sleeper, love seat, end tables and lamps in the living room as of December 2018. Pictures coming soon!


Heated Indoor/Outdoor pool is also provided as well as on site fitness center and covered parking garage.

Enjoy long walks on our sugar white beaches along our stunning emerald coast!!

Each guest will receive up to 2 free parking passes. Each additional parking pass will cost the guest $10 which is payable by cash only. Guest will be required to pay for the extra parking pass upon arrival.

Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Please note- We have very strict Spring Break policies and do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!

Great place for kids. It's a well loved and lived in unit, peeling wallpaper and cabinets are not perfect, mysterious thumping noise behind dryer. All in all a super good experience. It was super clean and had all the things needed for a fantastic week at the beach!

The condo itself was clean but definitely in need of updating. Carpet worn wallpaper peeling curtains torn wood surface behind all knobs worn away. There were only 6 wrist bands in the container and it stated that there should be 8 or I would be charged!

Loved everything except for the horrible bed and couch. There was no place for comfort. The bed felt like an air mattress and pillows were awful. Not updated countertops but that didn’t bother me as much as the losing sleep for 15 days.

This unit makes life easy

We read all the reviews and were aware that the unit was in need of refreshing. We chose it anyway because of the convenience of reserved basement parking, the excellent view and location walkable to many restaurants and amenities. We made the right choice!! If you are a person that does not like to spend time driving around looking for limited parking, then this is the unit for you. The basement spot was just across from the elevator lobby. Made our vacation low stress. A very enjoyable week. Thanks!

My stay

2 out of 3 of the elevators were always broken. My family got stuckbin one of the elevators and had to have the fire department called. The dryer made a horrible noise that you could hear from outside. The exhaust fan in the master bathroom could be heard from outside. I asked for compensation, but was told I need to contact the HOA. They never got back to me. I would not recommend this resort. My family had a horrible experience.

Great place to stay, for the 2nd time in a year

This is the 2nd time we stayed in this unit this year (2018) and both times were great. Only item needing attention is the lack of a door lock on the balcony sliding door, but a rod, supplied by the mgmt. office, addressed that for our stay. Will be back again to stay ASAP :).
