The paradise of relaxation house is a charming villa located in the heart of the Langhe Unesco heritage, at 750 meters above sea level and a few steps from shops and restaurants, it is the perfect starting point to explore our magnificent territory. Ideal for families, couples and friends, it has large terraces overlooking the hills and Monviso where you can relax and taste the typical local products. A few minutes by car you can reach the city of Alba (capital of the Langhe) as well as the municipalities of Barolo, Monforte, Barbaresco.
The relax house paradise has a private garden (1800 m2) for sunbathing, reading a book in complete relaxation, playing a game of ping-pong, you will be immersed in a silence broken only by the chirping of birds. It consists of: large living room with fireplace, stove, satellite TV, kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, automatic coffee machine, high chair for children, two large double bedrooms and single bedroom with single bed. In addition, large bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. Laundry room with washing machine and iron. Supplied with bed linen, blankets and towels, cleaning products. Internal garage. Safe. Study room. Plenty of room to be in company. A few steps away are a pizzeria, bakery, fruit and vegetables, pharmacy, butchers, post office, bars and typical restaurants. A bicycle rental service is available (paid service).

Our second stay

We returned because we loved this property so much. This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood, it’s safe and the house is very clean and comfortable. The views are outstanding. The owner is very gracious and responsive.

Beautiful house in the countryside

We were all impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the home. Pier Mario was a wonderful host and offered a restaurant recommendation that turned out to be the best meal of our trip. We want to return in the summer when the weather is warmer.

ottima sistemazione

siamo una coppia che cercava relax, lo abbiamo trovato! la casa è molto bella e ben attrezzata, anche la parte esterna con un bel giardino e una bellissima vista. In 5 min a piedi si raggiunge il paesino con tutti i negozi necessari. l proprietario è molto cortese e super disponibile e per questo lo ringraziamo.
