Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (11 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 10.May. - 30.Oct.). WC in the pool area, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop, supermarket 200 m, bakery 100 m, bus stop 350 m, railway station "Alba" 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates.

The house was idyllic. The newer, separate annex with kitchen and pool surroundings were not in condition as You would assume regarding the construction year - that is why only four stars.

Leuke vrijstaande woning met zwembad aan de rand vaan la Morra.

Leuke vrijstaande woning met zwembad en separate keuken aan de rand en op loopafstand van la Morra. Ruime terrassen rondom de woning. Meubilair is niet het meest comfortabele, maar past wel bij interieur. 4 slaapkamers met goede bedden en 3 spaart badkamers. Al met al een fijne vakantie woning in een mooie omgeving.

Historische Villa mit wundervollem Ausblick

Wir haben einige wunderbare Tage in dieser Villa verbracht und konnten Ende Oktober noch den traumhaften Blick von der Terrasse genießen.

Dringend renovierungsbedürftig

Der Ort La Morra ist wunderschön, auch die Villa hat Potential, ist aber dringend renovierungsbedürftig und extrem hellhörig. Es gibt kaum Steckdosen, der TV hat antiquarischen Wert. Die Sauberkeit in der Küche bei der Ankunft ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Verwalterin spricht nur italienisch. Der Pool ist schön, allerdings bekamen von dem Wasser 2 Gäste Ausschläge. Er müsste häufiger gereinigt werden. Die Größenangaben halten wir für fragwürdig.

Helaas is onze reis naar dit mooie huis in La Morra geannuleerd i.v.m. de Corona perikelen.

Wij hadden veel zin in deze vakantie samen met de kinderen. Echter, Corona gooide roet in het eten. De reis werd geannuleerd. Wij proberen nu voor volgend jaar wederom te reserveren, om als nog te kunnen gaan. Ik kan dus nu geen recentie geven van het huis, vandaar dat ik een gemiddelde gescoord heb van goed.

Supert hus, men dyrere enn forespeilet.

Supert hus, super beliggenhet med fantastisk utsikt like i utkanten av La Morra. Huset hadde alt vi trengte av utstyr mv. Vi var 4 som hadde huset i 6 dager. I tillegg til leiesummen måtte vi ut med kr. 2100 for diverse uforståelige avgifter i det vi skulle forlate. Nesten hele depositumet på 300 Euro forsvant. Ut over dette var vi meget fornøyde.
