A comfortable place close to everything, markets, gas stations, restaurants, brewery, lake beach, has a small waterfall on the property where you can relax and admire the beautiful views of both lake and mountains minutes from the Civic Center and the Cathedral Hill and either by car or by public transport that passes meters from it.
