Unique 80 m2 two-storey house on own 800 m2 land with native vegetation, yard, deck and grill. 15 min from ski resort and civic center. Large spaces, light and all the details for a pleasant stay. Rest and enjoy!
A new house built by its owners (a photographer and a designer). They personally welcome their guests and give them advice on walks and things to do in the area.
The house is located in an easy to get to neighborhood, surrounded by mountains and nature.

Lovely cabin

The tiny beautiful cabin and the lovely owner made us our week. Very close to the ski area, to the tourist spots, to downtown and to the airport. Very well located, and equipped. I would add a bathroom, but still very nice stay.

Cathedral area of Bariloche

The owners couldn’t have been more helpful and the house is exactly as advertised…nice design and very comfortable. Only fault is that it is in the middle of the woods with no view of anything.

Absolute gem!!

This was probably my favorite house rental ever. It is such a beautiful modern cabin on a quiet street in a quiet village near Bariloche and Lago Guittierez. (Yes there are some dogs that bark at night but it’s part of the experience ). The house is light and bright and filled with creative touches. The kitchen has everything you need if you love to cook like we do. The indoor outdoor space is amazing. We enjoyed the fire pit on cool nights. The beds are very comfortable. The master, on the second floor, with its windows, feels like you are living in a tree house, with a view of a nearby peak too! And the owners are fantastic to work with. They constantly checked in by WhatsApp to make sure things were going well. They even stayed up late to greet us when our flight was delayed getting in. This is a great place to go as a family. You are near so much to do including the national park with some great hiking, swimming, kayak rentals. Don’t forget to relax on the shore of the beach, especially on a Saturday evening, where you will find lots of locals just chilling. We loved living here because it made us feel less like tourists and we got to know the culture of the village There are fabulous trails to run on from the house, and you are near the ski hill where you can rent mountain bikes and do many mountain bike trails nearby. You will want a car here to access everything the region has to offer. We spent a month here, it wasn’t nearly enough time. We hope to return!!

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ein gemütliches, einladendes, gut gelegenes Zuhause - nach unseren zahlreichen Ausflügen sind wir alle immer GERNE heim gekommen - es hat uns allen Fünfen sehr gut gefallen. Cris hat ein sehr gutes Auge für Details. Der Garten ist wunderschön- zwischen angelegt und wild, es gibt unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkeiten … die Küche und der Grillbereich sind großzügig ausgestattet. Wir können nichts negatives sagen ‼️ Danke an Cris, Gustavo und Manuel für eine sehr gute Zeit 🙏, Eva

Excelente ubicación, en un barrio tranquilo a solo 8 cuadras del Lago Gutierrez. Muy buena predisposición del anfitrión, ya que nos preparo la practicuna para nuestro bebote de 9 meses. Estos días hizo mucho frió pero ni lo sentimos ya que la casa cuenta con piso radiante, cosa que estando con un bebe nos vino super bien. La casa estaba bien equipada con los elementos de cocina muy necesarios cuando se viaja con chicos. Gracias Gustavo y Cristina!!!

La casa es impecable. Para nosotros, resultó un poco chica. Nos hubiera venido bien otro baño y la habitación individual del 1 er piso necesita una ventilacion. Por suerte no nos tocaron mas de 2 dias de calor, pero si no hubiera sido asi, hubiera faltado un aire acondicionado. No hubo el servicio de limpieza y cambio de toallas 1 vez por semana. Nada de lo relatado impidieron unas increibles vacaciones. Gracias Cristina y Gustavo! Su casa es muy linda!!

Excelente casa, hermosa por donde se la mire. Tiene todo lo que uno necesita , es como estar en su propia casa. Asi lo hacen sentir los anfitriones. Cristina una divina, todo el tiempo preocupandose por nosotros y nuestras necesidades. Algo que quiero destacar es la calefaccion del lugar, el cual nos tocaron dias muy frios, y al ser una casa tan grande, creimos que nos ibamos a morir, pero no fue asi. El baño es excelente . Donde uno puede relajarse ya que tiene una vista fantastica... una zona hiper tranquila, para las familias que vienen a pasar los dias en el cerro es super facil el acceso. Por mas que este alejada de la ciudas, tiene supermercado cerca. Vuelvo a destacar la atencion de cristina . Que nosotras estando en el centro por cuestiones laborales, de tomo la molestia de venir a retirar las llaves. Otra cosa que nos facilito fue el contacto para alquilar veiculos . 100% RECOMENDABLE .!!!!! AGRADECEMOS ETERNAMENTE EL HABERNOS BRINDADO LA PROPIEDAD Y TU ATENCION !!!! We could not have asked for a more perfect stay. The loft was spectacular! Everyday you will discover new little surprises. The hosts, Chris and Gustavo, were very dedicated to making sure we knew all the information about their place and the area. It was also just the right distance out of bariloche. You could walk to the beautiful lake, nice hikes, and to a grocery store. Don't miss it, we loved it.
