Gorgeous Lake Front. Private Dock. Family Getaway. Lake Ozarks.

Spring Special: Discount rates April 20 to May 20, 2026. I would love to share our beautiful lakefront home with you and your family. There is lots of space for having fun and entertaining. This is a spacious 3000 sq ft, 5+ BR, 3 BA home with a open floor plan. This house has 2 levels. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms: Master bedroom (king bed) with sliding glass doors opening to the lakefront deck and a full bath. Second bedroom (queen bed) and third bedroom has a queen bed with a twin loft bed over it. Another full bath is located upstairs. There is also a small room that could be used for one person, twin bed in there or for a baby/toddler (pack n play available to use). There is a living area with a fireplace and bar with sliding glass doors opening to the lakefront deck. Downstairs there are two more bedrooms: Fourth bedroom (queen bed) and fifth bedroom (double bed and a twin bed). Another living area, fireplace, spacious fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, laundry room, and sliding doors to the lower deck. On the deck there is a gas grill and two picnic tables. High chair available in the house.

Available for guests to use, two-single person kayaks, large lake mat and some swim toys.

Perfect for spending time with the family for a weekend getaway, a family vacation or even a family reunion or wedding. Sleeps up to 17 guests. Two couches have sleeper sofas. There is a regular twin mattress available and a pack n play. This home has two large decks that run the entire back length of the house, relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake from the decks. At MM10, just a short distance by boat (and car) to Franky and Louie's.

Perfect Family Vacation!

Our family of 8 adults returned to the lake after 10 years to celebrate birthdays, a retirement and Mother’s Day. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to all be together while enjoying this wonderful lake! The bedrooms and living spaces are perfect for a large group to be together or sneak away for some quiet time, Many hours were spent fishing, playing and reading on the dock. Hosts communication was excellent! Can’t wait to come back!

Annual Labor Day Weekend Trip

This is our family’s 3rd year renting this home. There’s plenty of room for our group of 13. We have rented many VRBO homes and this one is probably the best as far as keeping things stocked for guests. Always plenty of paper products, trash bags, DW tabs etc. Katie is wonderful to work with. Always very responsive!!!

This is our second time staying at this property with our group of 12. The house is very clean. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The house was perfect for our needs. Fully stocked kitchen including crockpots and toasters and plenty of dishes. The dock was great! It was large and it was tile planks. The deck was perfect. Annual Labor Day Family Getaway

We rent a lake house at the Lake of the Ozarks every year for Labor Day weekend. We have stayed at several with our group of 12 and this is by far our favorite. This house has everything you will need. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. The dock was amazing with just a slight incline from the house to the water. Fishing was great. Our son caught a 28 lb Blue Cat. The owner offered early check in and late check out which was very helpful. The huge table was great for games. Plenty of room for our large group and then some. We will definitely be back.

Great Experience All Around

This experience was easy and enjoyable from start to finish. The owner was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and keeps the property in top shape. There were four of us for a fishing trip, and we had more than enough room. The property is very clean, the large dock makes hanging out with friends and fishing at the same time easy. The kayaks were easy to get in the water and use. The dock has lights on the walkway which helps it standout when boating back at night. Furniture is very comfortable and and kitchen appliances all work well. I cannot say enough good things about this property and will be recommending it to my friends.

Perfect place for a group of friends

This house was super clean and more than we needed for our large reunion of college friends. The kitchen was perfect for a large group and upstairs wine refrigerator was a really nice bonus for extra beverage storage. The rooms are well sized and there was plenty of space for all of us to sleep, gather, play games, and have quiet time when needed. The roads leading to the house are a bit winding and narrow but easy to navigate . Drive slow and watch out for deer!! The house is in a great location and offered amazing views of the lake and allowed for awesome swimming from the giant dock. We had this trip planned prior to covid closures, and decided to postpone for a year to be safe, the owner was beyond accommodating. I would recommend this house to any group looking for a relaxing getaway. It was perfect for us.

Just what our hearts needed!

We planned a weekend away in late October to get a change of scenery after being cooped up for 9 months of covid craziness! We are SO very glad we did and that we chose this house. It was PERFECT for us. Two living areas and bedrooms for all the kids. The older teen had great wifi access to do all her remote homework and the younger boys and I were so blessed to be able to use the kayaks on the lake. (Thank you for having extra life jackets.) The house was very clean and the layout was perfect! You never know what tools and appliances might be in a VRBO kitchen but Katie had everything we needed. The only thing I could think of to possibly add would be luggage racks in the bedrooms and a bedside lamp in the master but seriously how minor are those things when the kitchen had EVERYTHING. And what a wonderful view, a full 180 deg view of the lake out the back and it did not feel like we were on top of our neighbors. Wonderful to have the lower deck covered in case of rain and the upper deck feels huge! We are already talking about coming back with the cousins in the summer and we would love to rent this property again. Thank you Katie!

Perfect for our family

The house was incredibly well-stocked and very clean. The kitchen area was large and accommodated our group well. The lower deck provided respite from the sun yet allowed us to still enjoy being outdoors. Swimming was excellent although water was a bit choppy due to the number of boats that would go by. Communications with our host (Katie) was superb. She would reply almost immediately when I would ask a question and provided detailed information to us upon arrival.

Great house & docks!

Plenty of room for our large family of 17, great kitchen space & love the open floor plan on the ground level. Kitchen well stocked with supplies. Rooms are very quiet which is wonderful with a large group! Wish there were handrails wherever there is slanted walking, would have helped little ones & older ones….otherwise a nice stay, thank you!
