About this property

Idyllic rustic rural gite

We are the best kept secret if you are looking for peace and quiet.
Small but charming rustic gite for 1 or 2 persons. Sorry but we do not allow animals or children.
Completely renovated in 2019 so this is our third season.
Situated on a quiet country lane with rural views.
2 kms from Rouillac village which has a small shop and a friendly bar.
Supermarkets and restaurants are to be found in Broons (15 mins) or Plenee Jugon (10 mins).
We are within an hour of St Malo, Mont St Michel etc and about 40 mins to northern beaches.
Our gite is ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility and lovely country walks.
There is a sitting/dining area, kitchen, mezzanine bedroom, bathroom with large shower. You have your own private decking area with rural views and use of our large garden.
There is parking and although the gite is attached to the main house, you have your own entrance and are completely self-contained.
This is a very quiet location but not far from the rest of the world!
WE HAVE JUST INSTALLED FRENCH AND ENGLISH TELEVISION with dvd player and there is also radio/cd player and wifi connection.
Just added a tabletop freezer!
Spotlessly clean.
There is a waterski park at Dolo nearby.
JUST DOWN THE ROAD FOR LANGOURLA JAZZ FESTIVAL AT BEGINNING OF AUGUST!

Oase van rust met super hosts

Compleet huisje, zeer goed uitgerust, aan prachtige grote tuin die vrij te gebruiken is. Huis is onderdeel van groter huis waar gastheren wonen. Die doen er alles aan om het je naar zin te maken. Superlief! Omgeving is landelijk en heerlijk rustig. Om iets te ondernemen moet je wel altijd met de auto op pad.

Has its own decked terrace but visitors are free to use our extensive gardens.
