Spacious open plan ground floor, living room, dining area and well equipped kitchen. Good sized double bedroom and a twin bedroom plus a shower room with constant hot water. Radiators in all rooms ensuring our guests a cosy retreat all year round. Child friendly with cot, child gates, high chair and play area. A gravel courtyard to sit out and enjoy a quiet glass of wine and a good book, or enjoy a meal (perhaps barbeque) with wooden outdoor furniture provided

Very nice and quiet place

We spent relaxed days at this very nice and quiet place. In the evening you can have fun with darts and table tennis. The hosts are very friendly and happy to help. We can highly recommend this place if you want to spend relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle.

A great place to stay

I stayed at this gite when attending a cookery school nearby. the gite is a lovely place to stay, comfortable, with everything required. Strong wifi was a bonus. Comfy bed, comfy settee, great shower, quiet (apart from birdsong). The hosts, Sharon and Dean are superb, attentive, friendly and helpful. I felt safe (as a single women traveller this was important) and cared for. I highly recommend this gite

Pleasant stay and kind hosts

The owners are very kind hosts! We felt very welcome during our stay. We loved the comfortable Breton cottage in this romantic area in the countryside next to this lovely family. There are very charming villages in the neighbourhood, like Moncontour, Lamballe, St. Brieuc and you can drive easily to the coast and beaches, places like Pléneuf-Val-André, cap Fréhel, St. Cast-le-Guildo and of course Dinard and St. Malo. And for us it was very nice the owners speak French and English.

Cute and Cosy Gîte

This is a beautifully and thoughtfully renovated traditional stone cottage with lovely courtyard to while away the evenings looking at the hydrangeas. As a family we were made to feel very welcome by Sharon and Dean who were happy to talk us through the local area as well.The cottage has access to a barn complete with darts and table tennis and a further garden area with fire pit. A lovely and peaceful place and I’d definitely stay again if visiting the region. Well situated to explore beautiful towns, coastal area and the odd brickabrac shop 😊

Super séjour avec un accueil chaleureux sans être envahisssnt même si les propriétaires sont à côté :) Logement bien complet et fort joli comme indiqué sur le site. Très calme et permettant de rayonner à travers la Bretagne de Brocéliande à St Brieuc et de Vannes l'île aix moines tout en découvrant la campagne et ses menhirs et Dolmens. Nous avions un chien qui a également bien été reçu :) Merci à Sharon et Dean.

Es waren tolle Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Es ist sehr Familien freundlich und Sharon und Dean sind zwei sehr nette Menschen, die einem auch gute Tipps geben. Die Wohnung liegt super Zentral in der Bretagne , von hier aus kann man viele Wege zur Erkundung nehmen und man ist nicht nur auf einen Bereich fokussiert in der Bretagne. Danke für die schöne Zeit

Ein sehr liebevoll renoviertes altes bretonisches Haus.Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war einfach nur schön und einfach,wir konnten Alles erfragen und haben zwei wundervolle Wochen erlebt.Im Haus ist alles vorhanden,was man benötigt und wenn man etwas zusätzlich benötigt,einfach fragen.

Toller Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Bretagne

Die Ferienwohnung/Haus ist in einem schönen alten Gehöft, extrem ruhig gelegen und hat tolle, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die immer für uns da waren! Wenn man ein Auto hat und die Bretagne erkunden möchte, ist man in ca. 1 Stunde am Meer ob Norden (Cap Fréhel) oder Süden (Carnac). Mit ca. 2 Stunden ist man auch am Ende der Halbinsel Crozon. Bäcker ist 5 min. Autofahrt entfernt mit toller Auswahl, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist auch da und eine Pharmazie, falls man braucht. Im Ferienhaus ist es auch sehr gemütlich und ein kleiner Garten mit Tisch und Sonnenschirm ist auch da. Das Auto kann man direkt am Haus parken. Man hat super Ruhe dort, danke liebe Sharon und lieber Dean!

Séjour très reposant

Le gîte est vraiment très bien aménagé, spacieux et très propre. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, très prévenant et vraiment très gentils. Le gîte permet de bien se reposer, de prendre des moments de détente (ping-pong, fléchettes). Je recommande sans hésitation.

Heerlijk rustig gelegen, van alle gemakken voorzien, ontzettend aardige eigenaren. Het huis is oud en de muren zijn dik, waardoor het ook bij 30+ graden binnen aangenaam koel bleef. Echt alles (binnen en buiten) is top!

Excellent séjour

A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires. Ce sont des personnes bienveillantes avec les hôtes, discrètes, très sympathiques et qui nous ont toujours bien conseillés quant à certaines visites de la région. Le logement était juste parfait, typique de la région. La literie, top. Nous avons pu profiter de la grange (bar, jeu de fléchettes, ping-pong) ainsi que du jardin. Notre chienne a également reçu un merveilleux accueil. Merci à Sharon et à Dean, des hôtes d'exception, qui ont contribué à rendre nos vacances aussi agréables.

Perfekter Ort um zu entspannen.

Ein wunderschönes, bretonisches Steinhaus in einem alten Farm Ensemble. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und stehen mit Tipps und Empfehlungen jederzeit zur Verfügung. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Seen und sehr schöne (mittelalterliche) Städte zu erkunden, die sogar unseren Kindern (9 und 10 Jahre) viel Spaß gemacht haben. Das Meer ist in ca. 40 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt mit gutem Sortiment ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und kleinerer in 5 (sogar Sonntags). In Merdrignac findet man auch einen guten Bäcker und einen hervorragenden Metzger!! Wir haben es auch sehr genossen einfach zu grillen, Dart und Tischtennis zu spielen, oder im Garten, mit einem Glas Wein, einfach in den Sonnenuntergang zu schauen. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit.

J'espère sincèrement que cette cliente a mélangé notre propriété avec celle dans laquelle elle a séjourné la première semaine de ses vacances, comme elle l'avait fait lors de nos e-mails avant son arrivée. C'est un commentaire bouleversant car nous avons effectué un nettoyage approfondi avant le début de la saison de location en particulier pendant la pandémie comme nous l'avons expliqué en détail à son arrivée. En plus de cela, le confort de nos clients est notre priorité et nous aurions rectifié tout problème immédiatement si nous en avions été informés. Le seul problème signalé était un thermostat défectueux sur la douche qui a été remplacé le dimanche soir à l'instant où nous avons été informés.
