Welcome to your beachfront ocean view condo in Playa del Carmen. Condo Caballito de Mar, is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with an ocean view terrace at the Corto Maltes Condos.Your beachfront condo has an ocean view terrace and is situated at the Corto Maltes Condos. Enjoy endless hours basking in the sun or lounging by the turquoise sea. The famous Playa del Carmen lighthouse is also right outside your door and can easily be seen from your terrace. Downstairs on the front of Corto Maltes facing the ocean is the beachfront restaurant Zenzi with live music and great food and drinks.The condo sleeps 4 adults - 2 in the master suite with king bed and 2 in the guest suite with full bed. The living room also has a sofa bed which sleeps 2. Both the master suite and living room have ocean views, as does the large terrace off the living room. The Corto Maltes Condos are located on 10th Street and the beach in sunny Playa del Carmen, Mexico. You are only 2 blocks away (1 minute walk) from trendy 5th Avenue, the hip walking street with over a mile of shopping and dining options. MONTHLY PRICING:- Rentals Long Term: Plus Electricity. Amazing!!

This condo was absolutely amazing! Great location, great view and super comfortable. One word of advice, if you want to sleep late chose the room closest to the front door. The hustle and bustle starts early. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Everything is close by and very relaxing

It is across from the beach, a few steps from Fifth Avenue, with a beach club on the corner and a convenience store across the street. Everything is close by and it is very relaxing, it's very clean and has everything you need to be comfortable at all times. All the staff were friendly at all times, we thought everything was excellent. We would definitely book this place again, everything was excellent, thank you very much!!

Wonderful family trip-Excellent location

This condo is right in the heart of downtown Playa! Great location, 1 min walk to 5th ave. My family and I spent a lovely week in Playa. We loved the pool. Secure parking is available, however a car is not needed due to the close proximity to the shops, restaurants/bars and beach. It is exactly as described, and excellently maintained, very clean.

Amazing beachfront condo

For the last three summers I have vacationed in Playa del Carmen with my family. This condo is really well located, near the 5th avenue where the shops are and the beach is nearly 20 meters away. I really recommend this property.

Quaint, great location

Thanks nasplaya for a fun week! We didn't spend much time in the condo - spent most of it on the beach, taking tours. Went to a few night clubs. The condo is nice, beds are comfortable.
