Directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the view from this condo is breathtaking! Undercover parking, an open-air lanai, and elevator complete the package. There is a large heated pool and spa directly on the beach.

This updated unit is beautifully furnished with your comfort in mind. There is a large open lanai overlooking the expansive beach and the Gulf of Mexico. It will easily and comfortably sleep four with a king size bed and two twin beds. An added bonus, the property includes a Wii and Xbox with plenty of games for the kids. There are beach supplies, a well-stocked kitchen (including a Keurig brewer), and a full size washer and dryer.

**Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from the unit. This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of a Condo Association which is not affiliated with A Paradise Vacation Rentals. We are not notified of, nor can we be held responsible, for any exterior maintenance that might occur during your stay.

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half mile long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.

A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation.
