Surrounded by restaurants, pastry shops, cafes, and clothing stores, it is also just a few minutes walk from main attractions such as Praça do Comércio, Bairro Alto, and Alfama. No elevator.



The LV Premier Baixa DO1 apartment is a spacious 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom property, located in the heart of Baixa, on the 3rd floor of a historic building. It has east-west exposure. Two of the bedrooms face the front of the building, and the third, at the back, is located next to the dining and kitchen area. The living room is spacious and bright and obviously has a living area with a TV area. The kitchen is an open layout that communicates with the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two modern bathrooms in the property (one of them private in the front main bedroom) and both have modern bath areas with showers. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating and double-glazed windows. With an excellent location in the flattest area of the city, Baixa, it is in an area with easy access to all amenities, restaurants, attractions, theaters and shops. The LV Premier DO1 is very popular. From the apartment you can easily walk to the city's famous castle, as well as the lively Bairro Alto and Alfama. It has capacity for 6 people in the bedrooms and 2 extra guests on the sofas. For your comfort, we have premium bed linens and towels, as well as "design" bath amenities.



Note: The apartment is completely clean and sanitized before check-in. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (4th level), without an elevator (approx 70 steps).
