Magnifique propriété, très bien entretenue et au calme avec une location très propre et confortable. Karen et Antony nous ont reçu comme des rois et étaient toujours là quand on avait une question. Un grand merci à Karen qui nous a trouvé rapidement une infirmière du jour au lendemain suite à un accident de mon époux la veille de partir. Très belle piscine.

Superbe cadre pour un séjour au calme.

Location isolée, mais très bien située pour rayonner et visiter les principaux centres d'intérêt de la région. Le gîte mirabelle est fonctionnel et offre de l'espace pour 4 personnes dans un cadre simple et silencieux. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse et disponibilité. Nathalie, Marie, Léo et Jean Marc

Très bon gîte pour séjour en Lot et Garonne

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans le gîte de Karen et Anthony a Montastruc. Le gîte correspond très bien aux photographies du site Abritel, il est vraiment très spacieux pour une famille de 4 personnes, salon, cuisine, les 2 chambres, les 2 salles de bains, une buanderie et la terrasse privée permettent de se sentir très a l’aise. Les parties extérieures (jardin avec jeux, terrain de pétanque, piscine avec 2 zones terrasses) sont agréablement agencées et fleuries. Les nombreux jeux pour enfants sont vraiment un plus pour les occuper (Billard, fléchettes, baby foot) même si un peu d’entretien serait utile pour ces jeux. L’accueil, les conseils et le sens du service de Karen et Anthony ont été très appréciés également.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Karen et Antony. L’appartement est très spacieux, propre, joliment décoré et bien équipé. Nous avons été merveilleusement accueilli par Karen et Antony avec plein d’attentions pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Ils ont été présents et bienveillants et très discrets. La propriété est magnifique. Un jardin grandiose rempli de fleurs et d’oiseaux, sans parler des pruniers, des jeux pour les enfants et bien sûr de la piscine! Une attention particulière a été apporté aux mesures d’hygiène dans cette période de virus. Encore un énorme merci pour ce merveilleux séjour Karen et Antony!

Wonderful

If you are looking for a beautiful place in a wonderful part of France this is for you. We had a week with our two young daughters. Karen and Antony are fabulous hosts, on had if you needed but afforded you with privacy. The place is spotless, home from home... literally everything you would ever need (and more!). The gite itself has a modern kitchen, bathroom and living space, both bedrooms are also great. Very cool, which on hot summer days is needed. The pool is a real draw, whilst it is nice to visit the many local villages and chateaus its great to come back to a stunning pool area. If you want a peaceful location with stunning views and fantastic hosts then this is for you... I would absolutely recommend and will find it hard to not return for our next France holiday!

Cool, spacious accommodation in a wonderfully rural and beautiful area of France.

Karen and Anthony were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient hosts. Les Pruniers is situated in a delightful part of the Lot et Garonne. Our gite was very well furnished and we appreciated the welcome basket that awaited us on our arrival. The pool was lovely.- big and beautifully maintained. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to both couples and families with children.

The property is absolutely wonderful, so comfortable with stunning views surrounding you.

We have just returned from a 10 day holiday here. My husband and our 3 children had the most wonderful time ever. Karen and Antony are the most wonderful hosts and nothing was ever any trouble. They would recommend the best markets to go to, the best restaurants for families with children, advise on days out etc. Les Pruniers is so beautiful with the most amazing swimming pool with stunning views surrounding you. The gite was clean and very comfortable with absolutely everything we needed. Karen and Antony really have thought of everything to make the holiday the very best. We didn’t want to come home. To top it all off the weather was just perfect to. We will be back next year.

Avec trois enfants, c'est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances tranquilles entre piscine et jeux d'extérieur. De quoi passer du bon temps en famille. Seul bémol : il faut partager la maison avec les araignées du coin ;)

A great place to relax or explore.

This was our second time staying with Karen and Antony at Mirabelle, they were perfect host being very welcoming and helpful with booking places to eat, or ideas for a day out. The standard of the accommodation was as high as ever, and the location is great, and very peaceful. Local shops are a few minutes drive away and the gite is very secluded. We will definitely be back to stay in the near future.

location aout 2016

Superbe gîte très spacieux et très propre, environnement extérieur superbe très calme, avec à disposition billard, vélo, ping pong, terrain de pétanque et pour clouer le tout piscine superbe et pour la fin de la journée Jaccuzi. Nos ados on apprécié cette tranquillité. Nous avons eu un très bel accueil Karen et Antony sont très disponibles et très discrets ce qui est fort appréciable.

Wonderful holiday

We have just returned from the most wonderful stay in these beautiful villas. This was our first holiday with our one year old baby and along with our friends and their baby of the same age we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in the mirabelle which was extremely comfortable for all six of us and was equipped with everything you would ever need. The wonderful patio area and Webber bbq meant we could enjoy the outdoor space as much as the large indoor lounge and kitchen area. Antony and Karen were great hosts and even went as far as to arrange high hairs and cots for the babies not to mention a lovely arrival hamper to keep us going as we arrived after the supermarkets had closed. The villa complex itself is simply beautiful, lots of outdoor seating areas scattered around the grounds and a lovely pool. Nothing was left unthought of, from the games area to all the pool inflatables to keep the kids entertained. We really can't fault our stay here. Thank you for making our first holiday with the babies stress free and extremely enjoyable. We will look forward to visiting again.

Superbe location

Nous avons loué le gite "les mûres" pour une quinzaine et nous ne le regrettons pas. Le gite est très, très bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. Il est situé dans un endroit tranquille mais assez proche des commodités et des lieux intéressants (voiture impérativement). Nos hôtes, Karen et Anthony mettent gracieusement à disposition des équipements de loisirs, des vélos, la piscine, le jacuzzi etc et mettent de quoi commencer les vacances dans le frigo. Le bonheur. Karen et Anthony sont très sympas, discrets mais sont toujours disponibles et très réactifs si besoin. Ils connaissent, en outre, bien le coin et les bons restaurants et sont d'excellent conseil. Bref, un bel endroit hautement recommandé tenu par des gens serviables et sympathiques où vous pouvez vous rendre les yeux fermés. Un grand merci encore à Karen et Anthony pour votre accueil. Great gite

The standard of this spacious accommodation was fantastic, as was the welcome from the owners Karen and Antony. The kitchen was well equipped and had a very large dining table. It was well stocked with the essentials upon arrival. The living space has a couple of big sofas and two reading chairs with plenty of space for all to sit. Both bedrooms had comfortable beds and lots of storage space. The two bathrooms were finished off to a high spec and were, again, very spacious. We did not use the TV or DVD very much as we ate and sat on the lovely private terrace a lot of the time - this has a large dining table too, and comfortable patio furniture. The was also a large gas BBQ which was easy to use. The outside space was secluded and was only a few strides away from the lovely pool. From the pool area it is possible to access the remainder of the grounds and the games area. If you need local information on all there is to do in the area or a table booking for an evening out, Karen and Antony were on hand to help out.

Very warm welcome from Karen and Tony. Nothing was to much trouble for them we felt at home immediately, Beautiful gite in beautiful surroundings, Very relaxing stunning pool with stunning views, We rented mirabella which was very large,comfy beds,large walking shower,and everything you would need in the kitchen, It was nice to have our own garden which we made good use of bbq every day... If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings and top quality accommodation this us the place for you!!
