Beautiful Well Equiped Cottage with air conditioning, large heated Pool, private garden & sun terrace. In the charming hamlet of Coulx nestling in the beautiful hills above the Lot Valley. Situated below the old stone windmill of Coulx. This cottage is designed to provide maximum comfort for couples and enjoys panoramic views of rural France.

Ideal to explore the historic Bastide towns, medieval villages, country markets & the wine regions of Buzet and Duras. Local golf course 3km away, visitors very welcome.
The space
The heated swimming pool is shared only with the owners who only use it occasionally. There are also 2 sun terraces giving different views particularly of glorious sunsets.

Hôtes aux petits soins et très discrets. Tout est prévu sur place pour un séjour sans soucis. La grande piscine et ses abords sont à disposition en permanence. Endroit très calme et vue imprenable.

Why they chose this property

It is rural but not isolated and close to many ancient hills villages and bastide towns.
Easily accessible to Bordeaux and Toulouse by train. We are surrounded by famous wine producers and are also at the centre of the prune growing area. Every summer the famous night markets are held in lots of local villages where one can eat under the stars and listen to music.
Even in the autumn and winter there are lovely walking paths through gorgeous countryside.

What makes this property unique

The gîte is air-conditioned and is on one level making it easily accessible. It has onsite parking . There is a private garden surrounded by hedges, two sun terraces with lovely views and a large heated swimming pool.
