Sunny apartment on the water, a few meters from the sandy beach of Les Lecques. Beautiful view of the marina and beyond. Enjoy breakfast on the sunny deck watching the boats go in and out of the marina. Have an evening drink as the sun sets behind the horizon.
Walking distance to restaurants and stores. No car needed as everything is within walking distance. The appartement has been completely renovated . There is an air conditioning in every room. Big sunny deck that accommodates a table for 6 and lounge chairs.
The apartment consists of an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room/ dinning room with French windows leading to the big wooden deck, two bedrooms , one with a queen size bed and the other one with oversized bunk beds. The top bunk bed is a double bed and the bottom one is a single bed that can be transformed to a queen size bed. One bathroom with a shower. Can accommodate 6 people.
FREE PUBLIC PARKING within walking distance of the appartement.
Wifi and bedsheets, kitchen towels and bath towels included in the price.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au port de Lecques. L'appartement est parfait, comme décrit dans l'annonce. Un grand merci à Sophie et Isabelle pour l'accueil et toutes les informations transmises sur la région. Il y a juste des doubles-rideaux qui auraient été fort apprecié dans les chambres sinon nous pouvons que recommander l'appartement.

Vue exceptionnelle

Appartement bien équipé, bien agencé, très bien situé et vue... On ne peut qu'encenser cette vue incroyable... Même du canapé, nous voyons la mer !! Nos enfants (13 et 10 ans) ont adoré le lit superposé, (immense en haut comme en bas) Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement, les draps et serviettes fournis (éponge, liquide vaisselle, dosette lave vaisselle, papiers toilette, quelques aliments de base (sel, poivre, huile...) je ne vais pas tout énumérer mais c'est vraiment appréciable ! Et que dire de l'hôte (Sophie) et Isabelle (qui nous reçoit), nous ne les connaissons pas, mais elles sont tellement serviables que nous avons l'impression que se sont des amies !!! Un grand merci de mettre votre appartement à disposition, pour nous permettre de passer de magnifiques vacances

Très bonne semaine dans cet appartement dans un emplacement optimal. Une propriétaire très attentionnée. Des rideaux pour la nuit seraient un plus pour les personnes qui ne veulent pas être réveillées par le soleil du sud :-)

Notre séjour était ce qu'il nous fallait. Aucune déception. Appartement très bien situé avec une vue magnifique! Balcon terrasse parfait pour un repas face à la mer. Du petit-déjeuner à l'apéro... le soleil était présent. Un appartement très bien équipé, avec beaucoup de luminosité. Sophie et Isabelle ont été à l'écoute de nos besoins. Un séjour excellent! Wunderschöne Wohnung zu anständigem Preis

Die Wohnung ist einfach wunderschön und ideal gelegen. In nur 5 min zum Strand mit einem wundervollem Ausblick von einer großen Terrasse. Wir wurden sehr liebenswürdig von Isabelle, die sich um die Wohnung kümmert empfangen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Sophie und Isabelle war sehr angenehm. Wir bekamen bereits vorab jede Menge Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent emplacement, vue magnifique et literie neuve!

La vue de la terrasse est magnifique et cette terrasse est très agréable et assez grande pour y manger et s'y prélasser. La literie est neuve à chaque lit ce qui est un gros point fort car ce n'est que trop peu le cas dans les locations. Sophie et Isabelle (venue délivrer les clés) sont très disponibles à tout échange mail ou sms ce qui facilite le séjour. Je les remercie toutes les deux. Si la salle de bain, un peu petite, peut effrayer certains, la grande fenêtre qui s'y trouve permet d'aérer et de rendre cette pièce très fonctionnelle malgré sa taille. L'appartement est très bien équipé en vaisselle et autre, et tout est fonctionnel ce qui est également très appréciable. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

Logement très agréable et très bien placé, vue magnifique

nous avons passé un très bon séjour, au calme. Les lits sont supers : les enfants ont adoré avec chacun un grand lit (superposé). Tout ce qu'il faut pour le quotidien. Un peu plus de couverts serait le bienvenu pour économiser le lave vaisselle mais c'est du détail comparé à toutes les qualités de cet appartement. Nous recommandons vivement !

Zentrale Unterkunft

Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Ferienwohnung zentral gelegen, was sich manchmal lärmtechnisch durch Autos oder Veranstaltungen in der Nähe bemerkbar gemacht hatte. Gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, hätte für unseren Geschmack ein bisschen sauberer sein können. Leider kein fester Parkplatz vor Ort, am empfohlenen Parkplatz wurde unsere Autoscheibe eingeworfen und in das Auto eingebrochen. Trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit dort, Les Lecques ist ein schöner und gewachsener Ferienort.

Terrasse avec vue!

L'appartement est très bien pour quatre personnes. Il est fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Son gros atout est la terrasse qui est vraiment top avec une vue directe sur la marina et la baie de Saint-Cyr sur mer ! C'est pour ça qu'on l'avait loué et on a pas été déçu! Un grand bol d'air pendant la pandémie de COVID.

L’appartement est vraiment de qualité. Nous nous y sommes bien sentis dès notre arrivée. Tout est à proximité et la vue est vraiment très belle depuis la terrasse. Avec le COVID, de nombreuses possibilités sont offertes par les restaurants de Saint Cyr pour les livraison à domicile, notamment après 18h. Ne pas hésiter !

Idéalement placé face au port des lecques, commune de type village ( rare en bord de mer dans le Var), l’appart parfaitement rénové et adapté pour 3/4 pers, est nickel. A noter parking gratuit à env 500/600 mètres . Séjour de 4 nuitées très agréables pour visiter Porquerolles, Le Castellet et la magnifique vue du « gros cerveau », surplombant la baie. Bref très bon séjour

This appartement is our little slice of paradise. I have been spending my summer in Les Lecques since I was a kid. I have 2 teenagers now and they also love to go spend some time there. We live in the states, in Utah.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property in 2016 because after staying with my family during the summer, we decided we needed a place of our own. We decided on this property because it has a beautiful view of the marina and the Mediterranean sea, a huge deck, and it is also very close to the beach , restaurants, cafe, and stores so everything can be done by foot.

What makes this property unique

Just park your car and enjoy the beach, restaurants, and cafes. No car needed . There is a free parking 500 meters away. Everything is within walking distance. Les Lecques has a beautiful sandy beach . It is easy to rent windsurf, surfboard or go water skiing. There are several Medieval villages a few miles away . There is a Market in Saint Cyr on Sunday with a ton of fresh fruits and vegetables.
The golf Fregate is 15 minutes away.
