We welcome you in this charming apartment on the ground floor, with access to the coastal path nearby, quiet not overlooked and totally independent, with a large terrace / garden with stunning views over the bay of Lecques.

This apartment type T3 consists of a large living / dining room / kitchen with a sofa bed for a comfortable sleeping for two people.
The adjoining master bedroom is equipped with a large double bed (160x200), storage space and access to a storeroom.
The veranda extending the living room allows you to enjoy a nice extra secure room night and day thanks to its windows that can open completely on the terrace.
The child room adjoining the veranda has two beds 90x180 (2lits bunk) and storage.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet.

The large outdoor terrace, equipped with deckchairs, offers mood lighting to enjoy pleasant summer evenings.

Living on top of the world

What a great stay. Michel is a wonderful host and saw to all of our needs. The property is fantastic, the view superb and the town is lovely. We spent a lot of time on the deck with the incredible view. We really can't recommend this property highly enough, it was the highlight of our trip to France for accommodations. The flat is super for four people. You need a car but shops are within reach. Super view on sea and hills. Very clean and tidy. Landlord super nice and uncomplicated!

Perfect base to explore

This apartment is located just above the Port of Madrague....if you love walking, everything is in distance. Stunning coastal walks along the cliffs. Beautiful harbours. Beaches.. lovely restaurants and bars. The views from it are stunning and you can see for miles in all directions. It ticks all the boxes. Merci Michel.

Lovely Apartment With a View

We very much enjoyed our holiday in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, a big thank you to Michel! The apartment is very pretty and nicely decorated, the terrace super spacious with a fantastic view. We couldn't get enough just sitting there in the evenings watching the village lights from above. The beaches, the landscape and of course the village of Saint-Cyr are just beautiful. Another plus: A small supermarket (where one can get baguette in the morning) is in walking distance. Merci beaucoup!

Michel ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der viele hilfreiche Tipps für uns hatte, wobei er nie aufdringlich war. Das Appartment ist genauso wie beschrieben, eine hervorragende Aussicht und die beiden Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen sind toll. Wir konnten von der Unterkunft in etwas 15-20. Minuten zu der kleinen Bucht unten laufen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Dès notre arrivés nous sommes tombée sous le charme. Appartement au top et la vu somptueuse. Concernant l'ombre sur la terrasse l'après-midi tombe à la merveille. Grâce a çà nous pouvons profité de la fraîcheur de l'air qui est la bienvenu. Le villages et très conviviale et charmant. Nous avons profiter des belle balade et de plusieurs endroit pour se baigner. Toller Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß für vier Personen, mit Schlafmöglichkeit für weitere zwei. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Bett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Etagenbett sowie ein ausklappbares Sofa im Wohnzimmer/Küche..Die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick auf die Bucht und die Berge ist ein Traum! Diese kann man durch die zwei verschiebbaren Glaswände um denn Innenraum erweitern. Es gibt einen Elektrogrill, der aber genug Power für Steaks hat. Ein separater Eingang rundet das Ganze ab. Michel ist ein sehr angenehmer und diskreter Gastgeber, welcher jedoch sehr gut über Whattsapp erreichbar ist und bei etwaigen Fragen nett und hilfreich den Gästen zur Seite steht. Man hat auch eine gute Ausflugsbasis in alle Orte der Region. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Vielen Dank Michel!

Séjour agréable, mais moins bien qu'attendu

L'emplacement est très sympa mais l'appartement, la déco et la terrasse sont très vieillissants, et mériteraient vraiment un coup de rafraichissement. L'appartement était globalement propre mais il ne faut pas aller dans les recoins. La vaisselle est très très limitée, et le ballon d'eau chaude permet tout juste 3 douches. La chambre donne sur un cagibi extérieur, avec une porte qui laisse passer le bruit et l'air en cas de fort vent. L'orientation de l'appartement ne permet pas d'avoir le soleil le soir sur la terrasse, ni de voir le coucher de soleil. C'était bien quand même car tout était fonctionnel, mais cher pour le niveau de prestation. Sinon l'hôte est accueillant et très sympathique.

Bonjour, Après un séjour sans histoire, un départ tardif proposé et accepté, et un « Check out »convivial, cette appréciation me laisse perplexe !!! Le point de remarques : 1) espace vieillissant : l’entretien et la rénovation sont constants, avec des nouveautés tous les ans … 2) le ménage est fait de fond en comble à chaque départ, merci de fermer les portes lors des ballades pour éviter qu’ en cas de vent, cela ramène de la poussière dans l’appartement qui est en zone semi-urbaine (constaté plusieurs fois lors de votre séjour assez venteux) 3) vaisselles et eau chaude : comment peut-on en manquer pour votre location à 3 personnes, alors que le logement peut en accueillir 6 ??? 4) « cagibi » : que j’appelle d’une façon moins péjorative un « cellier » aux dimensions de 2,5m x 1,8m, très apprécié par nos vacanciers qui y déposent bagages, vélos, courses, et équipé un congélateur supplémentaire 5) la porte est bien étanche au vent et la poussière si elle est fermée , verrouillée correctement 6) l’orientation : il est difficile d’avoir le soleil levant et couchant en même temps , mais je vous signale que l’exposition est parfaite pour la vue dégagée et la fraîcheur du logement en plein été …. Je devais recadrer toutes ces remarques pour rassurer mes prochains locataires, car la liberté d’expression me donne aussi un droit de réponse Michel
