This stunning three-level villa with a full walk-out basement is designed for comfort and unforgettable lake views. The main living area features charming tongue-and-groove wood ceilings and walls with a majestic 28-foot river rock fireplace and a wall of windows. Upstairs, you'll find two king master suites, each with a luxury bath. Between the suites, a separate laundry room offers a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. On the main level, two queen guest bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath, with an additional half bath in the hallway. The lower-level walkout basement boasts a home theater with stadium seating, a second living area with a 55” smart TV, pool table, and sleeper sofa, plus a bunk bedroom and oversized bathroom with dual vanities. Step through the sliding doors to a screened-in patio, where you can unwind in comfort at our dining table and enjoy serene lake and pool views, the perfect end to a day at Watermill Cove Resort.

These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Mon, Mon–Fri, Fri–Fri)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
We decorate for Christmas with a full-size Christmas tree and decor starting the 2nd weekend of November!
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)
