Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August:
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Saturday.
SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.
NO 1 NIGHT STAYS
NO CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT ON THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS EVE OR CHRISTMAS DAY

This unit is best suited for 10 adults and 4 children. Base rate covers up to 10 guests, max number of guests is 14 (with extra guest fees during peak season- please see rental agreement for more information).
