156/158 Manoir Savoie Arc 1950 luxury 4 bedroom, all en-suite flat

Newly refurbished ski in ski out with exceptional views of Mont Blanc and Arc 2000. 4 balconies - one is always sunny! 4 designer en suite bathrooms, guest cloak room, drying room with heated boot and glove dryers (unique in Arc 1950), fully equipped Schmidt kitchen in large comfy living dining area. We have combined two adjoining apartments to create a family chalet we think is the largest in 1950, and are excited to share with our guests. The four bedrooms can be configured as doubles or twins for maximum flexibility and two bedrooms can each sleep 4. Decorated in a modern mountain style each room has TV and Sonos. The large living area has a fireplace and bespoke dining table for up to 12 and the kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer and two dish washers as well as all the usual amenities. We provide a full amenity pack and optional mid week clean. The apartment is situated in the Manoir Savoie building. We are a four crystal rated property.

A Perfect Week

Accommodation was excellent, cared for, very well equipped with quality furnishings and fittings. Great en-suites for every room. Beautiful views and quiet but with easy access. Drying room was a bonus.

Magnifique appartement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux, chaleureux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les hôtes nous ont donné toutes les explications nécessaires. L’emplacement est idéale dans la station Arcs 1950 aussi bien pour les piétons que pour les skieurs avec tout ce qu’il faut à proximité immédiate ( restos, bar, carrefour market, piscine, écoles de ski, animations le soir, location de matériel etcs..)

We live in the UK near London, keen skiers and cyclists every chance to spend time in the mountains.

Why they chose this property

The apartment has grown with us, we purchased 2 units to join to make a perfect family chalet. It is quiet (at the back of the building) with perfect views. The ski area has never failed to please from off piste for powder hounds to wide beginners slopes all at the tip of our skis, no walking or driving! The gym, pool and spa is a lift away to soothe any aches and Manoir has a full service restaurant in the building. Aprez is covered for all pockets and ages in the village and now even a Folie so clubbing too, there or at Arpette. The village offers children activities such as marshmallows at the bonfire and snake gilsse with night skiing too. Easy access to several airports makes this one of the perfect ski destinations. In Summer walking, tennis, golf, cycling and much more are on offer with a full programme of free entertainment for children and adults.

What makes this property unique

We have refurbished for our own use so the standard is higher than in a normal rental with facilities absent elsewhere such as heated glove and boot dryers- perfect for little ones and no wet clothes lying about! All ensuite bathrooms and a guest loo mean no-one waits for a post ski bath or shower. The kitchen and dining area is properly equipped and caters for 12 with two dishwashers and a large sofa area. There is an entrance hall to stash all those coats and outdoor boots. The views particularly from the master bedroom are outstanding.
