Centrally located 3 bedroom penthouse with stunning views.
Only a 10 minute walk to BC Place Stadium and Rogers Arena.
We have made a number of improvements over the last few years. These include air conditioning (individual zoning, silent option), 82” TV, Crave on Demand, HBO, Netflix, TVs in two bedrooms in addition to the living room TV, outdoor dining table and chairs, blackout curtains in all bedrooms.
Centrally located one block from the Seawall and Science World, three blocks from Chinatown, and four blocks from Olympic Village. 5-10 minute walk from Roger’s Arena and BC Place.
This south facing condo is full of windows and offers plenty of natural light throughout the day.
This 1750 sqft penthouse condo features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning unit, a den that serves as an office space, a 500 sqft living room with air conditioning, and three patios. The layout is spacious and perfect, wrapping half of the top floor of the building, with a 270 degree view of the city, water, and even some mountains.
The large master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a very comfortable king sized bed, night tables with night lamps and spacious drawer chest and armoire. A new bidet toilet installed June 2021.
The second room features a queen sized bed, night table and lamp, closet, drawer chest, and TV with apple TV to connect to your computer.
The third room has a queen bed., night table and lamp, and lots of shelves for clothes. This room is perfect for a couple or even a child of any age (no need to bring any books, there are plenty of kids books here in this room). Perfect room for the portable crib that we have stored in the closet too.
There is also a second bathroom located off the main hallway.
The den off the kitchen serves as an office, with a a thin desk, monitor, and comfortable work chair. This room has some of the best sunsets and views in the city, overlooking False Creek.
The suite also has three patios, each approximately 120 sqft. One patio is a perfect spot for lounging, featuring shrubs, a water feature, and comfortable couches and chairs to watch the sunset. The second patio features an outdoor dining set and BBQ.
The condo features a spacious, circular living room with floor to ceiling glass windows and modern and mid-century furniture. The living room also features a gas fireplace, a piano, and paintings/photography from local artists. At night, you can turn on the 2024 purchased 82” TV and watch movies by connecting to Netflix on the apple TV or your own profiles on iMovies.
The dining area is also quite large with modern and mid-century furniture, with a teak 1960's dining table that seats 8.
Finally, this penthouse condo features gas cooking, premium stainless steel appliances, and a granite counter top. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full dish set serving up to 12 guests. There is also a 2020-purchased in-suite washer and dryer for maximum convenience, and a 2021 purchased Miele Dishwasher.
This is a family owned home. we do have pets (one cat, one dog) but do several deep thorough cleans of the suite before we leave town for the summer while they are out of the house. The condo is high-style comfort, space and ultimate urban living.
