Great little property. Has everything you need, and is comfortable and warm. The location. Is right in the centre of Kinross with easy access to restaurants and supermarkets.

Accomodation was exactly as it was described ,certainly a home from home .Communication was straightforward and Elaine kept in touch via emails and sent all information required plus some good walks to enjoy with the dogs. The garden was lovely and all enclosed great for the dogs, the garden furniture was well used . House was in a great position for restaurants, cafes ,pubs and within walking distance to Loch leven and pier . The house itself was spotless upon arrival and was equipped with everything you expect in your home. We had an amazing visit and would highly recommend a stay here .

We absolutely loved our stay at the School House! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the wonderfully high ceilings were such a lovely surprise, especially in Europe. The property was warm, inviting, and full of charm. The area felt safe to walk around, and the local pubs were lovely. One absolute must is the Loch Leven Larder — we completely fell in love with this wonderful spot! We would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay.

Fantastic Break in Kinross

The house and garden are beautiful and a lovely space to be in. The beds are very comfortable and it’s nice and quiet at night so we slept well. The kitchen has everything that you need. It’s also perfect for younger children and there’s even a mud kitchen in the shed. There’s plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants locally and lots to do in the area. We’d definitely recommend staying in the Old School House.

Excellent Accommodation.

The property description provided by Elaine and Ross is very accurate. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed kayaking ( we brought our own ) at Loch Leven which is only a few minutes drive from the premises. It was a great base for exploring the region and well positioned for visiting Stirling, St. Andrews, Perth and Edinburgh. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was very comfortable. Secure parking, a private back garden and the use of the garden shed was much appreciated. Thank you Elaine and Ross for the lovely stay.

Lovely modern apartment & beautifully decorated

My family had 2 fantastic nights in Elaine & Ross’s beautiful apartment. Great location to all amenities & only a 10 minute walk to the stunning loch Leven. Would highly recommend Garry, Lee , josh & Thea ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
