Completing the interior is a kitchen and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Please note that there is a step between the lounge and the kitchen /utility area. There is also a step at the external door. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a garden with furniture. Please note this property is accessed via a long farm track, please proceed slowly. Balmeanoch is a charming base for exploring this part of Scotland.
