This luxury villa with air conditioning in all bedrooms and living area is in an exclusive residential area in the Costa Blanca. It is a two minute walk from the beautiful "blue flag" beach of Cala Capitan, with its gently shelving soft sand and beach bar. So close, you can hear the sea from the garden. The Villa has been issued with a Superior Category tourist licence from the Valencian government.

There are lots of leisure activities close by including golf, water sports, tennis, cinemas, casino, aqua parks, coastal walks, the Zenia Boulevard shopping and leisure centre, bowling, Lo Pagan mineral mud baths, bars and restaurants and local markets. The fully equipped modern villa has beautiful gardens, furnished sun terraces, patios and covered terrace with a 10m x 5m swimming pool and family BBQ. There is a large wooden gazebo that provides plenty of shade for sitting and dining. There are also portable beach chairs and a parasol. The villa provides free high speed wireless Internet access and a variety of English and international TV channels.
The villa's peaceful location is perfect for families. It is located 40 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 40 minutes from Corvera airport (Murcia)

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at this superb villa. It is very well equipped and in a fabulous location. A very short stroll takes you to a great sandy beach, and a 20 minute walk takes you to a range of restaurants and bars. Also good to have a supermarket within walking distance as well. Great communication with the hosts and if we return to this area, we will definitely be hoping that this villa is available for us to stay in.

Excellent Villa and set up and a lovely part of the world

Had a fabulous time with our party of 7 adults and an 8 month old baby - eveything we needed in one place. Lovely outdoor space and pool and just 2 minutes from one of the nicest beaches we have been to. Also just a 20 minute walk to the main strip with bars and restaurants. Owners Dean and Tracey were also excellent with their communications throughout and their local management contact Phil was a pleasure to deal with also. A place we would revisit if we travel again as a large party.

Great Villa in a great location, good sized pool and out door space. 2 minute walk to beach with lovely beach bar handy to supermarket and main Cabo Roig strip with shops, bars and restaurants. Dean and Tracey were great hosts and communication was excellent. We had a lovely family holiday, party of 7 adults and one 3 year old. Plenty of space to accommodate us all. Everything in the property to make us comfortable. Property manager Phil was punctual on check out. Would highly recommend.

Simply amazing

Just back home after a fab week at the villa. It was fab! To me it was bigger than the pictures. Very spacious with a large outdoor pool. A beautiful beach was literally a 3 minute walk away & the strip with numerous shops, bars & restaurants was a 25 minute walk away. We hired a car for 3 days just to go to a larger supermarket as the closest one was more expensive than Lidl/Mercadona. Tracey & Dean the hosts were amazing & communication with them was very prompt. Michelle picked us up from the airport & her husband dropped us back off. Again both very accommodating. If you have any questions feel free to ask. I am a travel agent & work for Hays Travel head office in Sunderland & I will definitely recommend this villa to colleagues & customers alike

A 5* home from home stay

We had an outstanding stay in this stunning villa. Our party included 5 adults and 2 children under the age of 3. The Villa was equipped with travel cots (including bedding), high chairs, plastic cups, books/games and toddler pool toys. A true family friendly villa! We loved the pool and garden space with tables, chairs, sun loungers and BBQ. The Villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and a bonus with air con in every room. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms with towels available. A well equipped kitchen with a good sized fridge/freezer and a second fridge in the utility space A very short walk to the beach which was pram friendly. The Cabo Roig strip within walking distance too for other restaurants/shops. Dean was very responsive to messages which was also great. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider it again should we be returning to this area. Thank you!!

Perfect Balance for a Chilled Holiday

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach, and also a newly opened beach restaurant, which we visited several times. 15-20 minute walk to the marina and then maybe 20-25 minute walk to the main strip with a whole host of restaurants, bars and shops. Not to forget the local supermarket just 5 minutes down the road The property is well balanced with good indoor and outdoor spaces, we off course spent most of our time around the pool. Upstairs are two generous bedrooms with en-suite showers (master also has a bath), and downstairs you’ll find the twin bedroom and a further double. The main bathroom is also on the ground floor with a shower over the bath, this was a struggle for us, my father has a disability and unable to do stairs or climb into baths, but we made it work by using the outside pool shower. Communication was great from the owners and property management, and we’d highly recommend this property to anybody.

Hello! We are super satisfied with our stay in your house. We were eight people and we thought that everything we needed was available in the house, both space and equipment. The pool was good and the opportunity to socialize both outside and inside without it being crowded Proximity to the beach a plus. We are also satisfied with the contact we had with you before we came to the house, you have been very service oriented and answered us quickly when we had questions. The only problem we had was that the taxi didn't find the address we were given, we were dropped off a few blocks away. What we would have liked to have been in the house folder is how/where to go to get a taxi, we called many companies, some only hung up when we spoke English, some only took trips to and from airports. A lovely villa for a family holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Villa was as on the website. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers so plenty of room to relax. Lots of pool toys and also equipment for the beach- umbrellas , chairs. Local supermarket was a 5-10 min walk away and the main restaurant area was 20 min walk. Beach 1min !

We love Cabo Roig because of its exclusivity and the fantastic facilities on your doorstep. The beaches are beautiful, the marina and main street boast a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Alicante airport is 40 minutes drive away.

The property is just under two minutes walk from the fabulous Cala Capitan beach. It's an ideal base for a family who want their own private pool, local shops, night life and a stunning beach.

We love Cabo Roig for its fantastic location and the many wonderful facilities in the area. There are many beautiful beaches on this coast line. The closest is less than two minutes walk away. Bars, restaurants and a supermarket are all within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

The fully air conditioned villa is only a few metres from the world renowned Cala Capitan beach and a 20 minute walk from many restaurants and bars. The modernised villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge and dining/family room and a private 10x5m pool with sunbeds. High speed fibre internet and air conditioning are included in the booking price. The use of pool towels is also incuded. The villa also benefits from a brand new contemporary kitchen and utility room. You can find lots of leisure activities within a few km’s such as tennis, cinema, shopping and bowling with 3 championship golf courses 5 to 10 min drive away. There is an unbeatable variety of bars and restaurants just 15-20 minutes walk away including many with International Cuisine and of course numerous traditional Spanish restaurants and tapas bars.
