Lovely flat close to historic city centre

Rare for flat to be better than pictures but this one is. Clean, simple, no frills but everything you need. No wifi but apparently it's available for free in city.

Great location just outside old city

My walk to old city took me thru a lovely park, then down the hill to the iconic rampart formal garden, adjacent the city. Apartment is spacious, clean with a nice view of rooftop and trees. Exterior of building is modern but slightly off putting. I recommend not paying attention concerning you.

L'appartement était convenable. Propre et bien situé, il aurait toutefois mérité un meilleur éclairage extérieur, car les alentours du parking étaient très sombres la nuit. Le lit nous a paru peu confortable. Sachez que les équipements de base tels que les serviettes, les draps et le ménage sont en supplément et doivent être réglés en espèces à l'arrivée. Compte tenu des frais de réservation, le prix par nuit était comparable à celui d'une chambre d'hôtel.

L'appartement est très bien situé , agréable ,très propre clair et répondait à nos attentes . Maurice ,notre Hôte nous a fait un très bon accueil . L'arrivée comme le départ ont été très faciles . nous avons apprécié la proximité du port et du centre ville . Et dernière chose , absolument silencieux la nuit .

Très bon emplacement de l'appartement, situé à 10 min à pied des remparts et du port (avec passage par un parc bien agréable pour l'accès au centre de Vannes), donc très sympa. La résidence était très calme, l'appartement propre. Accueilli par Monsieur & Madame à mon arrivée, très sympas, avec une bouteille de cidre dans le frigo et du bon, artisanal et fait avec des pommes bios ! Je recommande cette location.

Excellent séjour d'une semaine. Bel appartement très propre et idéalement situé: 10 min du port et des remparts. Beaucoup à voir: île aux moines parmi tant d'autres et de très beaux villages à visiter dans un secteur de 30 min en voiture maximum. Nous avons été accueilli par une dame très gentille, le propriétaire étant absent mais avec lequel nous communiquions par sms et qui est très bienveillant: une attention de sa part nous attendait!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Maurice. L’appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier très calme et très proche à pied du centre historique de Vannes. Il est très clair spacieux et très bien équipé. Vannes est une très belle ville très agréable à visiter et la région est magnifique il y a plein de sentiers côtiers et des pistes cyclables pour se balader.Tout était parfait. Nous avons eu également une très bonne communication avec Maurice. À refaire avec plaisir.Merci Maurice Florence et Thierry

Emplacement idéal á moins de dix minutes de marche de la Porte Saint Vincent. Appartement spacieux, lumineux, fonctionnel, au calme avec parking privatif. Tout se fait à pied, gare maritime á 3km en longeant le port. Accueil chaleureux. On reviendra.

Séjour depaysant agreable sans stress

Appart tres bien placé 10min à pied centre historique. Le grand plus c est le parking privatif. Tour est payant à Vannes et les places sont rares. Tout se fait à pied ou en bus : depart bateau pour les iles du golf, restaurant visite centre historique. Tres belle region . On reviendra.
