Tout c'est très bien passé lors de la réservation lors des échanges avec la gérante, très chaleureux et personnalisés. Elle a été ponctuelle et très aimable pour la remise des clefs, l'appartement était parfait. Au moment du départ une femme de ménage a constaté que l'appartement était impeccable, je lui ai proposé d'emmener les poubelles elle m'a dit qu'elle s'en occupait.1h après j'ai reçu un tonitruant message de la gérante "l'
