This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Sparrow Pond Cottage is destined to be your new favorite beach cottage on Kiawah. Purchased in 2017, we look forward to sharing our Kiawah home with you. Since we purchased the cottage all 3 bathrooms have been renovated, new floors installed and the cottage interior repainted along with other updates. Free wifi.

All Sparrow Pond Cottages are stand alone cottages located in West Beach Village, and perfectly situation in close proximity of many of Kiawah’s most treasured sights and activities.

We purchased our cottage on Kiawah Island in summer of 2005, and I began renting it on VRBO during the weeks we were not able to enjoy Kiawah ourselves. In 2007, a friend asked me if I would help her rent her villa also. Since I loved helping people plan their vacations in the area, I obtained my South Carolina Property Manager's License and began a business - Kiawah By Owner. The Sparrow Pond neighborhood has a great location in West Beach Village. This cottage is a short 4 minute walk to the beach and you pass the Sparrow Pond community pool along the way.

What makes this property unique

This Sparrow Pond Cottage has 3 bathrooms which is somewhat rare. Most Sparrow Pond cottages only have 2 bathrooms. This 3rd bathroom makes it more comfortable for most of our guests.
