Great location and family friendly. We rented 2 units one street apart for my family and my son’s family. It worked great for us to have our own privacy but yet be close enough to family and the the beach to be really enjoyable

House was just as described and perfect for our family! Beds super comfy and kitchen well stocked! Beautiful deck to enjoy morning coffee or glass of wine in the afternoon. Would definitely book again.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The grill was great. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The deck furniture and all indoor seating was comfortable.

Excellent home and location

A very short easy walk to the beach, with a toddler and the wagon. The community pool was along the way too. The home was the perfect 3 bedroom layout. Everything was clean and in great condition. Excellent stay.

The house and amenities were in excellent condition, with the exception of the window blinds overlooking the pond and the noise generated by the heavy construction project nearby.

Have vacationed at Kiawah 8-10 times in the last 24 years. This is the nicest villa, yet. Clean, spacious and very well appointed. As advertised, close to both the beach and the pool. We will go out of our way to rent this unit again. Neither here nor there, restaurant prices at the resort, around the resort at Freshfields and The Dunlin are way out of whack value wise. We paid 15 for 3 -12oz bottles of Coke at Linettes. Silly stuff like that. Best meal of the week at the Angel Oak restaurant
