Excellent property with amazing views. Exactly as described with plenty of room for 6 adults each having our own bathroom. We all thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool listening to the sound of the sea. The sunrise was also a lovely feature being able to watch it from all bedroom windows and balconies. Lots of games and books left in the property as well which we thoroughly enjoyed on a couple of evenings we spent in.Short 5 minute walk down the hill to the front with lots of Beach bars and restaurants. Highly recommend Titos bar at the front and Torre Bahia Lounge up a little side street.Would definitely recommend this property and would love to come back and stay again.

This villa was amazing. From booking the villa until leaving, the communication was great.Very clean, with everything we needed. The hill is quite big, but we walked it every time, just stopped half way up, it didn’t take long at all.Shops and restaurants are very close.A lovely quiet area, with amazing views.

A great property with fantastic views down to the sea.Julia, the host, was extremely responsive.Marjorie (the lady in the house next-door) was a delightful neighbour. The hill up to the property and the steep drive were a bit of a challenge (I'd suggest reversing a car up the drive!) but were worth it for the views. The younger family members in our party had no trouble walking up and down the hill (great exercise for them!)We loved being able to wake up in the morning and look out over the sea.

Lovely spacious villa with amazing views. Everything needed for a lovely holiday. The hill definitely helps to burn off a few excess holiday calories! But it was worth it for the views and peaceful setting of the villa.

Spotlessly clean, lovely Villa and poolOnly problem was the very steep hill on which the villa is situated. This gives you great views but not great for anybody with mobility issues. You would need a car to get around. Overall we really enjoyed the holiday , the pool was great and well maintained, you could potentially spend the whole holiday at the villa as it had everything you could possibly need.

Hi David, thank you for your review, we are really glad you enjoyed your stay. The hill is hard, but we just use taxis to get back up, far cheaper than hiring a car. Would gladly welcome you back.

The villa is spacious and very clean the pool is a great size the views are honestly the best part of this villa. I have nothing but good things to say on the villa. You will absolutely need a car for this villa, from the promenade to walk to villa its a walk not for the faint hearted, it is very steep walking up, we are quite active and this was not easy for us especially in the heat.

Hi Claire, we are really pleased you enjoyed your stay. A car isn’t essential, very few of our guests have a car. Most use Taxis. Hope the hill didn’t spoil your stay.

Great villa with a view

We had a lovely holiday at the villa! Everything was as described, Julia was excellent with communication from the off, even when we had some questions through our stay. The views are amazing and definitely a huge plus, its a short walk from the beach and restaurants, although be aware of the hill, this can be tough in mid-day sun in August. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend!

Mrs Joanna Neale

Fabulous location for the house, quiet but within easy walking distance of the beech, small supermarkets and lots of places to eat. Lovely house with great AC when it's hot outside and a lovely pool. Beautiful views across the sea, we saw whales swimming past which was amazing. Would highly recommend this spacious and well equipped house.

Villa with amazing views

We had a fabulous stay at this amazing villa- a great space, well equipped and presented and amazing views out to the sea. The pool was a godsend in the very hot weather. We had a very relaxing holiday, exploring the local area…we especially enjoyed the local ice cream shop at the bottom of the hill. Highly recommend 5⭐️

The villa is absolutely fantastic - it is bigger than the photos show (and it looks big on those) and has everything needed for a peaceful and relaxing break. The pool and the views from the terrace are perfect - although it is only a few hundred metres from the seafront (up a short steep hill) it is really quiet and feels very private. The views are stunning and there is clear sun all day.Beds are really comfortable, kitchen is super-well equipped and there are nice touches in the lounge like board games and UK TV.The owners were really helpful with advice in advance, the agents were responsive and checking in was really straightforward. We will be back - it was the best experience.

Nice place

Lovely large villa well equipped and as per listing.Beds super comfy.Stunning views great pool.Close to the beach and numerous bars and restaurants. Supermarket a few minutes drive away or a 20 minute walk.As pointed out though by the lister the property is on a hill. Walking down will take 5 mins to get to the bottom of the hill and the beach etc. Stamina is required to do the walk back. We just booked a taxi and costs were between 8 to 10.Would definitely go back.

Stunning property

What a fabulous house, very well equipped and so spacious, and the views from the terrace will not disappoint. The pool was much larger than expected, with a large terrace and full sun way into the evening. Plenty of sun loungers and seating, which is quite refreshing. It’s within easy walking distance from the beach, although it is a steep walk back up it is manageable. There are a good selection of restaurants nearby too. All in all we had a lovely 2 week holiday and the property was perfect. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely 2 week holiday

Absolutely stunning Villa with lovely views and very quiet! Next door neighbour is lovely and very helpful! The only thing that was slightly disappointing was Mojacar estates. They were quite rude and not very helpful. We had no spare bedding so ended up washing the ones we had even though in the booklet on arrival it said we would receive clean bedding a week after we have arrived. However Julia was brilliant leading up to the holiday staying in contact with us and the Villa was absolutely perfect for what we needed, lovely and clean including the swimming pool. We will be returning.

Casa Serendipity was not just a holiday home. They really have put lots of effort into it. With board games, books, floats for the pool, towels,.... and the list just goes on. Which makes your stay a whole lot easier and nicer, not having to think about going to get all these things yourself. The house itself is just stunning! The marble staircase, apart from being beautiful, it also keeps the house so cool. Having sea views in all the bedrooms and the little balcony upstairs is perfect. We very much enjoyed our stay here. We were also greatful of where it was on the mountain. Such beautiful views and so quiet. That hill is something else though! We never walked it in the daytime, would definitely recommend a car or a taxi. But it definitely got easier after a few cocktails in the evening!! The check in and out process was as easy as it could get. We were met at the house and shown around and at the end just needed to drop off the keys at the office at the bottom of hill. Would definitely reccomend this place to anyone with a family and we hope to return one day

Lovely stay

We had a 1 week stay at cumbres reales and absolutely loved our time there. The villa is lovely, very spacious. We were a family group of 6, 3 couples and felt we each had lots of privacy and space, 4 bathrooms was a treat. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, we had breakfast and lunch in the villa every day and had BBQs for 4 evenings. We had all the tools needed for an array of different meals and there was lots of plates, glasses etc. Pool was lovely, turned our bikinis a little yellow though. 5 min walk down to the beach, hill is very steep, but doable, dad managed it with a recent knee replacement. Lots of bars and restaurants around: La Cabana & Cheers being our fav. A couple of bottles of water or basics wouldn’t go a miss for arrival but not a biggie. Special shout to the lovely neighbour Mourine who gave us plenty of tips and a lift to the supermarket. Thanks so much for a lovely stay would absolutely recommend.

Lovely villa with amazing views

July 1st 2023 14 nights.. Villa is very spacious with 3 ample bedrooms & 4 bathrooms . A/C works great upstairs & downstairs . The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils & crockery and dishwasher & washing machine all worked. The pool is a good size and was cleaned twice a week , it’s the warmest pool I’ve ever been in was like a bath . The views from the pool are amazing overlooking the whole beach . Watching the sun rise come out the sea at 7am was wonderful every morning. Our neighbour next door Maureen is a very sweet older lady who was lovely . Shared a bottle of Carver on our last night . Overall a magnificent property , would definitely not hesitate to come back and stop again. There is a steep hill to the property, but we had a car for 2 weeks so the hill wasn’t a problem. Mojacar is a lovely town , great beach and plenty of restaurants. Graham & Nicola

Place With a View

3-years in the waiting, due to covid, but definitely worth the wait. Clean, well presented, all amenities you could wish for and a view to die for. Located at the quieter, bottom end of the resort, but still enough local bars and restaurants. A pleasant 30 minute walk will get you to a livelier part, also passing several other bars and restaurants along the way. There are a couple of small convenience stores near by, but to get to a half reasonable super market, you are looking at a 20-minute walk, or the main supermarket is a 10 to 15 minute bus ride away. The only slight negative I feel needs mentioning is the hill up to the villa, as it is very steep and a bit cruel in the heat of the day, carrying supplies back to the villa. It is definitely not for those that struggle with walking, but that is a price you pay for the magnificent views. Would definitely go again, but would hire a car, as it would help with the hill climb, shopping and visiting area. Thanks for the great stay.
