THE BASICS.
• The Villa has 5 double bedrooms, each with private patio, 4.5 bathrooms, Lounge, Dining area, Large games area, Various patios all around the house, extensive outdoor furniture,, artificial lawn, sunbeds, 10m x 5M INFINITY POOL and Jacuzzi

THE VILLA
• This fabulous villa set in 20,000 m2 of land. It is patronized by celebrities, used for movie shoots and hosts weddings and functions every year.
•
• It is situated in the ancient Moorish village of Mojacar on the coast of Almeria.
•
• It occupies sole position on the top of a small mountain commanding breath-taking views over the beach and along the coast as far as Cartagena. and surrounded by acres of awesome mountains on 3 sides and endless Mediteranean sea to the front.
•
• There is no-one to disturb your peace. and n just 5 minutes you will find the beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops below.
•
• The infinity pool seems to stretch in to the sea and the optional jacuzzi provides a bubbling therapeutic experience or just a late night place to soak whilst having a glass of wine and watching the moon and stars.
•
• There is everything to engage all ages in a dream vacation; a games room with pool table, table tennis, roulette wheel and other indoor activities. Also sofas, separate TV and games console.

THE AREA
•
• Almeria is the sunniest area of Europe and yet still a relatively undiscovered area of Spain..
• It receives more than 300 days of sun a year so good weather is likely most of the time and the average winter air temperature is 16° C in the shade but hot in the sun.
•
• Because of poor international access in the sixties Mojacar learned from the mistakes of the developing Spanish resorts and decided that no development could be more than 2 stories high.

• This is still a relatively undiscovered area so there are miles of nearby beaches never having more than scattering of bodies. There are also dedicated naturist locations.
•
• Attractions include many beautiful white washed villages such as Mojacar and Bedar with their narrow cobbled streets and Arabic history and architecture and the tiny coastal and fishing villages of the Cabo de Gata National Park.
•
• There are several Golf courses including championships courses of Valle del Este and Desert Springs.
•
• All activities are within easy reach such as tennis riding, padel, bowls, 10 pin Bowling, fishing, all water-sports and mountain walking
•
• Nearby at Pulpi there is the second largest Geode in the world now under consideration as a World Heritage site.
•
• The area is rich in mineral caves and places to visit. A 2.5 hour drive takes you to Granada to see the Alhambra palace or to Nerja to see the incredibly breath-taking caves.
• Visit Mini Hollywood to see cowboy shows re enacted amid the scenery where many spaghetti and action movies were filmed.
•
• In the winter you can start your day in the warmth of Mojacar then drive to spend the day on the ski slopes of Siera Nevada and back in the same day.
