It is located in the elegant Eixample district where you will find many bars, restaurants, shops and of course the famous Passeig de Gracia - Barcelona´s most exclusive street. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:

Great location to visit Barcelona. Rooms on street side are more noisy at night but ok for city apartment. Would stay there again.

Nice place, great location

Our family of 4 (mom, dad, 20yo daughter, and 16yo son) spent 4 nights here and enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for us and a nice layout. Our host contact, Guille, was fantastic and met us there to walk us through the place. He provided some excellent restaurant and activity recommendations. We were within walking distance (15-20 minutes and less) of just about everywhere we wanted to go. We loved Barcelona and would rent here again.

Comfortable stay in Barcelona

The flat in Barcelona was comfortable and well situated. It is close to public transit, very walk-able and on a quiet street. Check in was a breeze and it included a walk through making sure the appliances were working and the hot water was hot. The entire flat was sparkling clean. The kitchen was well stocked and there were ample supplies for dishes and laundry. We were seven adults that enjoyed our stay in this spacious flat. I would recommend this flat for your visit to Barcelona.

Nice apartment

The apartment was very bright and spacious. Cleaning lady did a superb job. Check in personnel Edwin was very kind and helpful. Located on a nice and safe street and was central for touring. One shower is tiny and the other tub shower would spill large puddles of water onto the outside because of the current design which may be able to be modified down the road. Overall, the apartment is very comfortable and lovely.

Great location in Eixample

Overall, we really enjoyed our rental and the surrounding neighborhood. The listing was accurate, and the rooms were comfortable. There is easy access to multiple metro lines, and the area itself is very walkable. We do have two small suggestions for improvement that would enhance renters' stay: 1. Please replace the clotheslines outside the windows so they are usable. 2. In the bathroom with the tub, please replace the leaky glass partition with a shower curtain. It is currently difficult to shower there without creating a mess. Thank you for allowing us to rent your flat during our stay in Barcelona. We would love to return one day!
