This 110 m2 apartment, located on the third story of an elevator building on the prestigious Carrer de Muntaner in L'Esquerra de l'Eixample, has beautiful period details, including original mosaic floors, high plaster ceilings, stain-glass windows and polished wooden archways. A modern fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with hand shower, bathtub, and toilet, and another bathroom (toilet, sink and full shower) offers the perfect combination of elegance and practicality.

There is a large master bedroom with an arched sitting area at the back of the apartment, while two smaller bedrooms, one windowed, one without, line the hallway, so that no bedroom faces the street, providing for a peaceful night's sleep. The large living room has six tall windows opening onto terraces, with couches and a television. An adjoining dining area comfortably seats 6.

Within walking distance to Placa Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia, las Ramblas and the historic districts of El Born, El Raval and El Barrio Gotico the apartment is ideally located. Restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and public parking are all nearby.

Our family of 5 (3 teen boys) absolutely loved this apartment. It was spacious, with room to play cards, eat, have late night conversations and music without waking everyone, find a quiet moment on the balcony and check out the action in the street. The location was excellent for easy to access all the sites, plenty of local eateries, coffee, pastries shops etcWe all slept soundly too!

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. It is ideally situated in the Eixample district - just 15 minutes walk from Casa Battlo! It is also very comfortable with ample space for a family.

Spring Trip to Barcelona

Apartment was perfect for our family of 4 to explore Barcelona! The property manager was very helpful and accessible. The owners put a lot of thoughtful details (i.e. white noise in each bedroom) into the apartment to make sure guests are comfortable. There is a lot of conveniences within a close walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable apartment in great neighborhood

This apartment worked out great for our family! It has everything you need and more, and enough space for our family of 5 to all be comfortable. The neighborhood is wonderful; we always felt safe and it is in easy walking distance to lots of sights including Las Ramblas and Parc Cirudella. There are lots of terrific restaurants right in the neighborhood; we loved Le Romane right at the building and the Pasta Lab just around the corner. Great spot!

Perfect home for a family trip to Barcelona!

We had an amazing experience in this large, well-appointed, attractive and conveniently located apartment. Communications with the property owners and on-site managers was exceptional. They were all very considerate and volunteered many restaurant and site-seeing recommendations. If I ever come back to Barcelona, I will definitely try to stay here again. 10/10.

Charming Flat & Communicative Hosts

We loved the flat. We were 3 moms & 3 daughters on a senior trip. Host had wonderful recommendations and was always available. Check in & check out went smoothly. Only suggestion would be to add a tiny bit more to the welcome book about how to use the showers/water. I’m sure common sense to many but we were confused for a moment but figured it out. Nice touch that had some water, coffee pods & milk upon arrival.

Great Place in Perfect Area of Barcelona

This place was super well located and comfortable for our group of 5. There are two full bathrooms (one with a shower and another with a freestanding tub), a spacious kitchen, fantastic living/dining room areas and one big master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms (one windowless). All had AC’s, which was a plus. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome stay

The flat was perfect for our group. Really modern and big kitchen for cooking. Good looking living room and tidy bathrooms. Really good location for going out tonight and perfectly located in the middle to get everywhere by foot.

Lovely apartment in a great area

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. There are lots of beautiful original features throughout and the apartment was spotless. The neighbourhood is ideal, with lots of good bars and restaurants, and it is a walk or couple of metro stops to the centre/ Las Ramblas etc. A great listing and we would recommend to others.

Amazing apartment in Barcelona's L'Eixample

Our family loved our stay in this apartment located in Barcelona's L'Eixample District. The location was very convenient for all of our activities and made getting out and about in Barcelona a breeze. It is a very comfortable place that I would recommend to anyone. We did have some initial hiccups on our check in due to a late after hours arrival, but the property manager and owner cleared everything up quickly are our stay was perfect.

Wonderful apartment with original features

We loved the apartment with its original features, carefully chosen interior decor and sleek, modern kitchen. Everything was of the highest quality. Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. Location is excellent! Communication with the apartment's owners also excellent. A second set of keys would be useful (for a party of 6 people). We thoroughly recommend this apartment!

Great stay

Great location for sightseeing in Barcelona. Suite was lovely for 5 adults. A/C was a dream as it was super hot during our visit. On the 3rd floor but there is tiny elevator if needed. Right beside a brothel but it wasn't too obvious LOL. Quiet nights with no noise in apartment. Beds all comfortable.

We are a NYC family. I used to come to Barcelona to shoot TV commercials and loved it, now I just visit for fun with the family. I plan to spend 6 months a year in Europe and use it as a base.

Why they chose this property

We wanted something that felt like it was part of Barcelona, not just a mod apartment you could find anywhere. There's some beautiful detail, and it's in one of the best areas. It's great for families because we get a nice big master and the kids have their own rooms.

What makes this property unique

It is very sunny. The stores and restaurants in the surrounding blocks are first-rate. You can walk to the historic districts but you are not surrounded by tourists, so it feels more like a neighborhood you live in.
