Brand-new and charming apartment with a private parking space located in the historic centre across from the Villa Romana and close to all amenities.<br><br>The apartment has just been renovated, has a separate entrance, and is located on the ground floor of a quiet building with a private courtyard where you can safely park your car.<br>The apartment is an open-concept space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and dishes, a kettle, coffee maker, and microwave, as well as a double bedroom with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a window and a spacious shower. The historic centre of Desenzano is a rare gem, rich in historic sites just waiting to be discovered: The Roman villa located right across from the apartment is the most important example of late-antique villas. Dating back to the 1st century B.C., it has now been restored to its former glory with its 240 square metres of splendid polychrome mosaics. The castle overlooks the entire city and has recently been restored. Climbing to the top, you can admire one of the most beautiful views of Lake Garda. The cathedral, built between 1586 and 1611, features Baroque decorative elements on its façade, while its interior boasts splendid late Renaissance features.
