Total freundliche Gastgeber .Neuwertige saubere Wohnung , alles vorhanden was man braucht . Schöner Pool und Wirlpool . Sehr ruhig gelegen am Ortsrand . Innenstadt in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub .Jederzeit gerne wieder !

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Außenanlagebein Traum. Für einen Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern einfach herrlich. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir hätten uns noch etwas mehr an Küchengeräten beziehungsweise Kochbesteck ( wie zum Beispiel eine Parmesanreibe, Knoblauchbresse , Pürierstab, ein zweites Obstmesser) gewünscht. Aber wer im Urlaub lieber essen geht oder nicht aufwendig kocht hat alles was er braucht. Wir kochen sehr viel. Es gibt einen kleinen Spielplatz. Die Kinder haben es geliebt. Es ist toll,dass der Pool eingezäunt ist so ist es für die Kinder ungefährlich. Herzlichen Dank. Es war sehr schön.

Tolles Appartement, schöne Umgebung

Wir waren zwei Wochen in einem 3 Zimmer App. Bei Antonella und Fabio und haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Das Appartement war genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, alles wurde uns detailliert erklärt und Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben. Das Appartement war sauber und ist hübsch und modern eingerichtet. Der Sitzplatz ist grosszügig und bietet viel Platz. Das einzige was da zu verbessern wäre, einen stabileren Tisch (steht ein Kunststoff Tisch da, mit Kind etwas instabil). Das Grundstück der Anlage ist gross, mit Spielplatz, Trampolin, Pool (eingezäunt mit Tor), Fussball/Tennisplatz und Grill Möglichkeit und gedecktem Parkplatz. Hunde sind erlaubt (nach Rücksprache). Was nicht stand bei der Beschreibung, dass es noch ausserhalb der Anlage 5 FEWOs gibt, von wo aus die Gäste auch den gleichen Pool nutzen können. Da kann es durchaus mal etwas voll werden, was etwas überraschend war. Es ist wie überall, es steht und fällt mit dem Anstand der Gäste. Es gibt wenige Regeln auf dem Areal, welche leider von einigen Gästen quasi ignoriert wurden wie zb. (kein essen am Pool, rauchen am Pool, Schuhe am Pool, Duschen vor dem baden oder Tor schliessen bei betreten des Poolbereichs) natürlich verstehe ich, dass die Eigentümer nicht permanent kontrollieren können, aber es wäre wünschenswert das Gäste darauf hingewiesen werden, wenn diese einfachen Regeln ignoriert werden. Der Pool und das Wasser war sauber. Antonella war jeden Morgen dabei, den Pool, Boden, Liegen zu reinigen und sorgte für Ordnung. Wichtig ist es auch, dass die Gäste DEN Abfall korrekt trennen, da legt Fabio grossen Wert drauf, es gibt eine detaillierte Liste diesbezüglich. Vorteilhaft wäre, wenn man pro App. Gerade dei entsprechenden Behälter hätte Für Glas. Plastik, Bio Müll, Allg. Abfall etc., dass wäre auch für Gäste einfacher alles zu trennen. Der See sowie die Altstadt und leckere Restaurants sind zu Fuss ca. 10 Gehmin. Entfernt. Zum einkaufen empfiehlt sich der Italmark, welcher 5 Auto Minuten entfernt ist. Gardaland, Wasserpark, Tierpark etc. Sind 30 min. Entfernt. FAZIT: wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gehen sehr gerne wieder als Gast zu Antonella und Fabio 😁

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti nell'appartamento in via San Benedetto 195 - Desenzano del Garda con 9 posti letto. Spazioso, funzionale, pulito ed esteticamente piacevole sia internamente che esternamente. Buona posizione rispetto al centro del paese dove si può trovare ogni tipo di divertimento e svago. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto disponibili e attenti nei nostri confronti. Nulla da dire, ottima esperienza, da consigliare certamente.

Wonderful vacations

We spent a wonderful week in one of their appartments, which is both modern and homely at the same time. The house is a little bit outside of town, but therefore there is a wonderful area with a swimming pool, a barbecue and a meadow with some really cute donkeys. Apart from that we just had to walk a few minutes to get to a beach by the lake or to the center of Desenzano. The appartment had everything we needed, even a washing machine and two big tables, one inside and one on the balcony, so we never had a problem eating or gaming together, although we've been eight persons. All in all we had fantastic week, in a wonderful appartment with very kind landlords.

Excellent, Modern, peaceful & well equipped.

We stayed here in July & was very impressed & would definitely recommend it. Apartment was clean fresh & had everything we needed. Most days we had the pool to ourselves and at most another family at the same time. Antonella & Fabio were lovely to deal with and were very accommodating. Supermarket was not very far away & plenty of other places nearby to visit.
