The main living and dining area is bright and inviting, featuring a dining table and direct access to both the terrace and the patio, making it an ideal space for relaxed meals and social gatherings. A separate small lounge with an open-hearth fireplace is located in the entrance area; please be aware that this secondary living space does not have a window. A small luggage room provides convenient additional storage upon arrival.

The first bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it a versatile room suitable for mixed sleeping arrangements. The second bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length and includes a private shower and WC. A second shower and WC is also available separately within the apartment, serving the remaining rooms. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine.
