Description
Situated in the sought-after Oasis Del Mar I complex, this ground-floor apartment enjoys a frontline position to the beach and a central location close to all amenities of Mojácar Playa. Decorated and furnished to a high standard, it offers a comfortable base with direct access to the pool and landscaped gardens.

Outdoor Space
Private terrace with table, chairs, and sun loungers leading directly to the pool area. In winter, blinds can be closed to enclose part of the terrace for additional warmth. Please note there are no sun awnings, but half the terrace remains shaded for those preferring to avoid direct sun.

This apartment was spotlessly clean and welcoming. It's in a great spot, close to beaches, bars and restaurants. The host has gone above and beyond to make this holiday home a peaceful and relaxing spot with no need for the urgent run to the shops on arrival. We had the lovely pool practically to ourselves too!We would highly recommend this apartment for a peaceful, easy break and would be back in a heartbeat!Thank you Julie!

This is the best place I have stayed in over the past 15 years of visiting Mojacar. I know the area well and this is perfectly placed for the beach/bars & restaurants. From the time I booked, communication with Julie was great. We arrived after a delayed flight and a missing suitcase to the fantastic apartment. It was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. The pool is right outside the patio area with the grassy area by the pool - there are shady spots too. The kitchen has everything you need, especially if like us, you occasionally stay in. There is plenty of crockery, glassware, cutlery & pots/pans which means the dishwasher doesn’t need to go on daily. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The living room isn’t cluttered which makes it a very good space to relax in. My only issue is that Julie is selling the apartment next year so we won’t be able to visit again. I would absolutely recommend this as a great place to stay.

This was our second visit in 12 months and after our previous experience here there was no question we would go back this year and the apartment was fortunately available. Ideally located, well appointed and spotless we spent a really enjoyable 4 weeks. Thank you Julie.

What a lovely apartment in an ideal location for the bars and restaurants and beach.

Fabulous and the only let down was the quality of the outside furniture. With such a large and beautiful terrace, proper sunbeds would have made an enormous difference and I would have gladly paid more.

Great!

Modern comfortable apartment. Kitchen has all the basics. Comfy beds. English tv through firestick. Terrace had plenty of sun during Feb. Julie was quick to help when we couldn’t work the tv. Looking forward to a revisit next year.
