We needed linens for the sleeper sofa and a sauce pan because there was only skillets in the condo and they got them for us right away. The reason I did not give the condo 5 stars is because the floor could have been cleaner and it is the first condo I've rented where trash bags and dish soap was not provided. We will stay again! We loved the location and the short walk to the beach. The view from the balcony is amazing!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo, great location and partial ocean-view. We loved the beach setup included in the rental price. The curtains hanging in the main living area and the primary suite are aesthetic and do not have a complete curtain rod allowing them to close. With sunrise around 6 am, we were unable to sleep-in past this time. For this reason, I would not book this condo again.

The only mishaps were that the stove did not work, but maintenance was able to fix it very quickly and the floors were not cleaned and carpet not vacuumed.

Overall nice place. Condo as described, Beach sand was everywhere in the kitchen among other cleanliness issues when we arrived. Called manager and refunded cleaning fee-that was appropriate and appreciated. Great view from the balcony, beach access is a bit of a walk to get to. Not terrible but would be nicer if it was across from the resort and not 4-5 accesses down the street! This resort is large, 24 floors.elevators are short in supply, so be prepared to wait. Ample parking. Pool(s) are wonderful.

We just wanted a broom and trash bags.

Beautiful view of both bay and ocean but a bit of a hike to get to the water. Condo is not well stocked. Minimal dishes and cook wear. There was only one trash bag for 4 people for an entire week and no dish soap. Biggest complaint was that there were 3 dust pans but no broom! No matter how careful you are you still bring sand in with you and we did not enjoy walking on it in the condo. Would have been nice to be able sweep it up daily.
