This charming condo is located on the 8th floor. & has huge over sized balcony that can be accessed from the living room & master bedroom. The views are breathtaking!!!!

Kitchen has granite counter tops & upgraded kitchen cabinets, upgraded appliances, stove, refrigerator, microwave, disposal. This unit also has kitchen bar with seating for three & dining room table has seating for four.

The gorgeous living room has a 55 " wall mounted flat smart screen TV with Blue Ray DVD. Also included is queen sleeper sofa, & two chairs that make into a single bed. The master bedroom has a wall mounted 42" flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD player, king bed with beautiful furnishings. The 2nd bedroom has queen bed & 32" wall mounted TV & Blue Ray DVD player. The unit has washer & dryer in the laundry room.

Ariel Dunes resort is one of the newest condos in the area. It is 24 story tower with two huge pools over 11,000 sq ft. The pools includes one heated pool, mushroom fountain, and jetted water features. The Cabana Cafe is the ground floor has a full service restaurant & bar. Thursdays, Friday , Saturday nights & Sunday Brunch please treat yourself to some awesome music and entertainment. Family atmosphere & they love the the kids to join them on stage.

Great condo close to beach, restaurants, and shopping. I love having a full kitchen on vacation. Only con is at times the wait for the elevator was long.

Very cute, great views

Communication was easy & efficient. The place was great! Clean, well appointed kitchen to make all our meals, huge patio One hard bed & one soft bed with 2 pull outs so lots of sleeping options. Really nothing bad to say!! Would stay here again for sure!

Somewhat disappointing

Condo was nice, clean as pictured. Be sure to bring extra paper towels and toilet tissue. Kitchen not equipped with sponges or dishrag to wipe down counters or wash dishes by hand. Not even a limited supply is spices or salt and pepper in the kitchen. Pool Not heated until October water was very cold and no umbrellas provided or allowed for shade. Access to beach requires long walk, crossing highway to public beach. Deck furniture needs to be replaced the wicker is unraveling but the view is beautiful.

Comfortable and quiet

My family and I enjoyed our vacation in Destin this week. The property manager/owner were very responsive though out our stay. The sofa bed was broken and we couldn’t use it. However, when we alerted the owners they were quick to bring us a new air mattress and additional blanket to use during our stay since the bed couldn’t be repaired until later in the week. My nine year old loved the air mattress!! The condo was very clean and we felt comfortable during our stay! Although not directly on the beach, a beautiful view of the beach can still be seen!! The short walk across the street to the beach was not a problem for us. Can’t wait to book it again!!

The best property owner and the place was amazing

I talked to Julie the property owner, she was amazing . We asked for her to call us , we booked the day we needed it on a emergency and she called us within minutes. We had a bad day until we booked here and talked to Julie. She changed our day to best vacation that we have ever had. This unit was amazing. Julie really cared about us and we truly had never felt that way from no one we have stayed withbefore. The best property owner ever.
